Abstract

CV. Bersama Jaya Utama (CV.BJU) merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri produsen hydrolik. Sistim  keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada perusahaan masih dirasa sangat kurang dan masih sering terjadi kecelakaan kerja  Maka dipandang perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Risk Assessment.  Hasil dari metode ini berupa risiko kerja yang timbul baik fisik maupun mental yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk menentukan usulan perbaikan sistem kerja. Berdasarkan laporan kerja Risk Assessment diperoleh bahwa di setiap stasiun kerja memiliki potensi bahaya dengan tingkat risiko prioritas utama, menengah dan tinggi yang didapat dari hasil nilai tingkat keparahan dan peluang suatu kejadian. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian risiko menggunakan eliminasi, substitusi, pengendalian engineer, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri serta pemasangan rambu-rabu.Pemaksaan mesin yang kurang baik menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan serta tidak fokusnya pekerja dan bekerja sambil merokok menjadikan dan tidak menggunkan alat pelindung kerja menjadi  penyebab terjadi  kecelakaan.Kata kunci: Risk Assessment, Reproducible, potensi bahaya, tingkat keparahan.

Abstract

Wheels are one of the main components in a vehicle. Without wheels of vehicles will not be to function. The damage that occurs in aluminium alloy wheels for the outbreak spoke mostly occur due to a force and tension that occurs exceeds the maximum allowable voltage. With these considerations it is necessary to redesign using 3D software and simulated using finite element method. After simulated, part produce with low pressure casting and machining. Sample part test with several testing as single part such as : life test, drum test, 13° impact test. After that sample part test as running test such as : curb stone evaluation and rectangle evaluation. The results of sample testing parts such as life test, the drum test, 13 ° impact test and running test in the form of curb stone rectangle evaluation and evaluation did not reveal any cracks on the sample part. Nut torque results of sample testing parts such as curb stone evaluation have smaller in 70 N.m, with allowed limit 61,6 N.m until 88 N.m. And nut torque results of sample testing parts such as rectangle evaluation have smaller in 76 N.m, with allowed limit 61,6 N.m until 88 N.m

Abstract

This analisys who does are to point off base on motorcycle community to able learning education such as purpose and quality of break kanvas with standardization even chossing of material pad kanvas who does no failed of chossing as performance capability in  deserasy of speed. For knowing for that, firtable we must to analyzing of performance and compared. In this section are used two of sample with deference kind of material, such as non asbestos (semi metallic). For in this case we take a tree experiment, like measuring analyse, threadbare and scrape. Of the end analyse that could knowing are using material non asbestos (semi metallic) are excelellen better than asbestos kanvas as orientation SNI number 09-9134-1987. As you know share, using far away way are suitable in non asbestos and recomanded.
