<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of reaction correlation and arm muscle strength with blow speed chudan tsuki. The method used in the implementation of this research is descriptive correlation. The sample used is 24 students of men and 17 students of Karate extracurricular SMP IT daughter. Data collected by test and measurement techniques and data analysis techniques using product moment correlation. The results showed that the value of r arithmetic obtained of 0.438 ? 0.308 and with the value of Sig. 0.000 ? 0.05 this means there is a significant correlation reaction and arm muscle strength against Chudan Tsuki Blow Speed results. From the research results can be concluded that the two variables above have a significant correlation to the results of chudan tsuki blow. Thus the reaction and arm muscle strength are both related to the speed of the chudan tsuki blow.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan reaksi dan kekuatan otot lengan dengan kecepatan pukulan chudan tsuki . Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 24 siswa putra dan 17 siswa putri Estrakurikuler Karate SMP IT. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran serta teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai r hitung didapat sebesar 0,438 ? 0,308dan dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 ? 0,05 hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang siginifikan reaksi dan Kekuatan Otot lengan terhadap hasil Kecepatan Pukulan Chudan Tsuki. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel kekuatan otot lengan dan kecepatan pukulan chudan tsuki memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil pukulan chudan tsuki.Kata Kunci : kecepatan pukulan chudan tsuki, kekuatan otot lengan, reaksi]]>
