This purpose of research was to determine whether there is an effect of flexibility training and speed training to dribble skills. Method that used in this research was experiment method. Samples that used were is population samples that amount to 20 players. The population in this research was the players of Mataram Fc U-19. This research was conducted at the Mataram football club East Lampung. Data collection used was dribble test. Based on the result of calculations of t test, it obtained t value= 4.75 t table 2.26 and the results research are (1) Flexibility training was proved to have an effect to the dribble skills . (2) Speed training also was proved to have an effect on dribble skills on Mataram FC U-19 players. (3) Flexibility training is better than with speed training for intensify dribble skills.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kelentukan dan latihan kecepatan terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 pemain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain Mataram Fc U-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klub sepakbola Mataram Fc Lampung Timur. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes dribbling bola. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Uji t di peroleh nilai thitung = 4.75 ttabel = 2.26 dan hasil penelitian adalah (1) Latihan kelentukan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola. (2) Latihan kecepatan juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola. (3) Latihan kelentukan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan kecepatan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan.Kata kunci: kecepatan, kelentukan, menggiring bola
