<![CDATA[This research aimed to develop mathematics modules and find out its effectiveness in terms of mathematical connection skills and students self efficacy. The subject of this research was students of VIIIth grade of MTS Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. It occupied Reserach and Development utilizing procedures established by Borg and Gall, with only performing up to main product revision. The result of validation indicated that the module has a standard feasibility of content, media, and languages. The results of the initial trials showed that the modules included in well category. The draft of math module on system of linear equation of two variables obtained from the results of limited test. The research data was obtained by the test of mathematical connection and self efficacy scale. The results of effectiveness showed that students reached the minimum criteria of mathematical connection skills. The tendency of self efficacy of students after using the math module did not show any significant changes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul matematika dan mengetahui keefektifannya ditinjau dari kemampuan koneksi dan self efficacy siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII B MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan prosedur yang dikembangkan oleh Borg and Gall, tetapi hanya dilakukan hingga tahap revisi hasil uji lapangan terbatas (main product revision). Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa modul telah memenuhi standar kelayakan isi, media, dan bahasa. Hasil uji coba awal menunjukkan bahwa modul termasuk dalam kategori baik. Rancangan modul matematika pada sistem linear dua variabel diperoleh dari hasil uji terbatas. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes koneksi matematis dan skala self efficacy. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan siswa telah mencapai standar minimal kriteria dalam kemampuan koneksi matematis. Kecenderungan self efficacy siswa setelah menggunakan modul matematika tidak menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan.Kata kunci: koneksi matematis, modul, self efficacy]]>
