This study aim wereto find out the types of learning styles of students, to know the different learning styles between the gender, and to know the relationship between learning styles based on gender and learning outcomes. This study was a descriptive study with a sample of students SMP in Kedaton District Bandar Lampung amounted to 100 students selected by purposive sampling. Research data were of learning styles and learning outcomes, obtained from questionnaires and written tests plural choice, analyzed that were descriptively and test different Mann-Whitney U Kendall's Tau Correlation test. The result was three Learning style.The number of student whit visual learning style is more dominant than the auditorial learning style and kinesthetic. Learning styles based on gender there is no significantly different. There was no significant correlation between learning styles and learning outcomes in male and female students.Keywords:gender, learning achievement, learning style,sciencePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis gaya belajar siswa, mengetahui perbedaan gaya belajar antar Gender, dan hubungan gaya belajar berdasarkan gender dengan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian deskriptif dengan sampel siswa SMP kelas VII se-Kecamatan Kedaton Bandar Lampung berjumlah 100 siswa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian berupa gaya belajar dan hasil belajar, diperoleh dari angket dan tes tertulis pilihan jamak, dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji beda Mann- Whitney U serta uji Korelasi Kendalls Tau. Hasilnya,terdapat tiga gaya belajar,jumlah siswadengan gaya belajar visual lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan gaya belajar auditorial dan kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar. Pada uji Mann-whitney U tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar pada siswa laki-laki dan perempuan.
