Abstract

This research aims to know the difference of learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning model between students of grade XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kotabumi who are learned using Team Game Tournament (TGT) model with Make a Match (MM) model. This research was clasified as an experimental research with comparative approach. Population in this research are 105 students and samples 71 students (2 classes) taken by using cluster random sampling. Technique of data collecting is using test. Data analysis technique is using T-test Polled varians and the effectiveness of manual. The results of research showed: (1) The average of learning outcomes that is taught by using learning model of TGT is higher than that is taught by using MM model. (2) There is difference of effectivity between cooperative learning model type TGT with cooperative learning model type MM.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi dan efektivitas model pembelajaran antara siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kotabumi yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model Team Game Tournament (TGT) dan Make a Match (MM). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 siswa dan sampel 71 siswa (2 kelas) diambil dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan T-Test Polled Varians dan efektivitas manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Rata-rata hasil belajar ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model TGT lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model tipe MM. (2) Ada perbedaan efektivitas penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang diajar dengan tipe TGT dan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe MM.Kata kunci : hasil belajar, mm, tgt.
