<![CDATA[The purpose of this study were to examine the influence of achievement motivation, interest in learning, attitude on economic subjects and school climate to the economic learning outcomes of students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sendang Agung Lampung Tengah The method used was descriptive verifikatif method verifikatif with ex Post pasto and survey. The population in this study amounted to 102 students. The sample of 81 students determined by Simple Random Sampling technique. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The first, second, third and fourth hypothesis tested used the t test formula while the fifth hypothesis used multiple linear regression formula. Based on the data analysis, the results obtained: there was influence of achievement motivation, interest in learning, attitude on economic subjects and school climate to economic learning outcomes.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi berprestasi, minat belajar, sikap pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dan iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post pasto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 102 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 81 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Randem Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Pengujian hipotesis pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat menggunakan rumus uji t sedangkan pengujian hipotesis kelima menggunakan rumus regresi linear multipel. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi, minat belajar, sikap pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dan iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi berprestai, minat belajar, sikap, iklim sekolah.]]>
