Abstract

The Purpose of this study are to determine Effect of Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere and Quality of Service trought Consumer Buying Interest on Purchase Decision of Banana Chips in Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. The population in this study as many as 26.000 respondent and sampling of 100 respondent. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto approach. The data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis using Path Analysis and processed with SPSS. The result study indicate that there is influencePromotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, and Quality of Service trought Consumer Buying Interest on purcase Decision of Banana Chips in Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. With a determination level of 0,832 toConsumer Buying Interest and 0,944 to Purchase Decision.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, dan Kualitas Pelayanan melalui Minat Beli Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Oleh-oleh Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 26.000 responden.Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 100 responden.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto.Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, dan Kualitas Pelayanan melalui Minat Beli Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Oleh-oleh Keripik Pisang Askha Jaya Bandar Lampung. Dengan kadar determinasi 0,832 terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan 0,944 terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata Kunci :Promotion Mix, Store Atmosphere, Kualitas Pelayanan, Minat Beli Konsumen, dan Keputusan Pembelian
