Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was an influence of prakerin experience (industry working practices), motivation to participate in the work, and productive learning achievement administrative offices on the readiness of the students' work. The method used in this research was descriptive method approach verification ex post facto and surveys. These results indicated that there are significant influence of: 1. Prakerin experience (Employment Practices Industry) against job readiness. 2. Motivation to participate in the work against job readiness 3. Productive learning achievement administrative offices on job readiness 4. Prakerin experience (Industrial Employment Practices), motivation to participate in the work, and productive learning achievement administrative offices on job readiness.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pengalaman prakerin (praktik kerja industri), motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan prestasi belajar produktif administrasi perkantoran terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh: 1. Pengaruh pengalaman prakerin (Praktik Kerja Industri) terhadap kesiapan kerja. 2. Pengaruh motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja 3. Pengaruh prestasi belajar produktif administrasi perkantoran terhadap kesiapan kerja 4. Pengaruh pengalaman prakerin (Praktik Kerja Industri), motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, dan prestasi belajar produktif administrasi perkantoran terhadap kesiapan kerjaKata kunci: pengalaman prakerin, motivasi memasuki dunia kerja, prestasi belajar, kesiapan kerja.
