Abstract

The aim of this research was to develop ani­mation media for colloid types learning based on chemical representations. This re­search used Research and Develop­ment De­sign. The steps of this research were  research and collecting infor­ma­tion, planning, developing pre­li­mi­­na­ry form of product, preli­minary field testing, and main product revision. Preliminary field test­­ing was done in MAN 1 South Lampung. The percentage of teacher res­ponse about aspects in suit­ability con­tent, attra­c­tiveness, and readability of ani­mation media developed were 92%, 100%, and 90%, respectively with very high criteria. The percentage of students response about the attrac­ti­ve­ness and read­ability as­pects were also very high criteria, with percentage were  96% and 93%, respectively. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan media animasi berbasis re­pre­sen­tasi kimia pada pembelajaran jenis-jenis koloid. Pe­ne­li­tian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengem­bangan. Tahap penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengumpulan data, pe­ren­ca­­naan, pengem­bangan produk awal, uji coba lapangan awal, dan revisi hasil uji coba awal. Uji coba lapangan awal pada media animasi telah dilak­sanakan di MAN 1 Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Persentase tanggapan guru terhadap aspek kesesuaian isi, ke­me­narikan dan keterbacaan pada media animasi yang dikem­bangkan sebesar 92%, 100%, dan 90% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Persentase tanggapan siswa terhadap aspek kemenarikan dan keterbacaan juga sangat tinggi yaitu dengan persentase 96% dan 93%. Kata kunci: jenis-jenis koloid, media animasi, representasi kimia

Abstract

Abstract:Problem Solving Model to Improve Problem Solving Skills in Electrolyte and Non Electrolyte Solution. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of problem solving learning models in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials to improve problem solving skills. The research method used was a quasi-experimental method with the matching only pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study were all students of class X IPA SMA AL-Azhar 3 Bandarlampung in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique, so that the students of class X IPA 4 as the experimental class and class X IPA 3 students as the control class were determined. The data analysis technique used is the difference test of the two means. The results showed the n-gain of problem solving skills in the experimental class was 0.57 which was categorized as moderate; There is a significant difference in the average post-test score between the experimental class and the control class. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the problem solving learning model in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution material is effective for improving problem solving skills.Keywords: Model, Problem Solving Problem Solving Skills, Electrolyte and Solutions Non-Electrolyte
