Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the activities and the result of student study by implementing cooperative learning group investigation type. This type of research is a classroom action research consists of two cycles. The data collected by observation and test, the instrument by using observation sheets and test questions. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the model of cooperative learning group investigation type can enhance the activities and the result of student study.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe group investigation. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan tes yang menggunakan lembar observasi dan soal-soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model cooperative learning tipe group investigation dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil belajar, group investigation.
