Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) to the civics learning result. This research method is the non equivalent control group design with the type of experimental research. The population in this study was 43 students at fifth grade. The research sample was determined by purpousive sampling and saturated samples. Technique of collecting data is done by test. Data analysis techniques are quantitative data. The result of the research shows that the average value of posttest in the experimental class is higher than the control class, which means that there is an increase of students' civics learning outcomes. Based on hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test formula obtained tcount ttable (3,675 2.021) means Ha accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence on STAD type cooperative learning model toward civics learning result of fifth grade students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar PKn. Metode penelitian ini adalah non equivalent control group design dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 43 orang siswa. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan purpousive sampling dan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes. Teknik analisis data berupa data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, artinya terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar PKn siswa. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus independent sample t-test diperoleh data thitung ttabel (3,6752,021) berarti Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar PKn. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar PKn, Student Team Achievement Division.
