Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of village apparatus competencies, commitment to tasks, and regulations on village financial management in Bombana . Respondents in this research were village financial managers based on Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 consisting of Village Heads as holders of village financial management power and technical implementers of village financial management (PTPKD) which consisting of Village Secretaries, Section Chief / Financial Chief and Treasurer. The total respondents were 139 people. The data analysis which were used in this resears is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.  The results of the research shows that (1) the competence of village officials has no significant effect on village financial management, (2) commitment to the task has a significant effect on village financial management, (3) regulation has a significant effect on village financial management.  Keywords :  Village Apparatus Competence, Commitment To Duties,  Regulations, Village Financial Manajemen

Abstract

Variables of research are personal factor, organizational factor, and non-organizational factor. The objectives of research are to describe the factors of organizational commitment such as personal factor, organizational factor, and non-organizational factor at PT PLN (Persero) Malang; and to understand and to analyze the significant influence of personal factor, organizational factor, and non-organizational factor either simultaneously or partially on organizational commitment of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Malang. Population of research is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Malang, which count to 54 persons. Sampling technique is saturated sampling or census. Analysis technique includes descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the result of descriptive analysis, it is concluded that respondents are agreeing with personal factor, organizational factor, and non-organizational factor, and also showing high organizational commitment. Result of multiple linear regression shows that personal factor, organizational factor, and non-organizational factor are simultaneously influencing organizational commitment, as proved by R-Square of 63.2. Regarding to beta coefficient, the variables of personal (0.393), organizational (0.473), and non-organizational (0.405) are partially influencing, in significant manner, organizational commitment of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Malang. Key words : Commitment, Organizational, Non-Organizational Abstrak Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor personal, faktor organisasional, dan faktor non organisasional. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan tentang komitmen organisasional yang meliputi faktor personal, organisasional dan non organisasional  pada PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang, mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh signifikan faktor personal, faktor organisasional dan faktor non organisasional secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil analisis deskripsi disimpulkan bahwa pada umumnya responden setuju dengan faktor personal, faktor non organsiasional dan factor non organisasional serta memiliki komitmen organisasional yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda disimpulkan bahwa faktor personal, faktor organisasional dan faktor non organisasional secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, hal ini dibuktikan dengan besaran R Square 63.2. Adapun secara parsial juga berpengaruh dengan dibuktikan masing-masing koofisien Beta variabel Personal (0.393), Organisasional (0.473), Non Organisasional (0.405) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Malang. Kata kunci : Komitmen, Organisasional, Non Organisasional
