Abstract

Academic performance appraisal conducted by several agencies to get regular reports about ongoing activities and support the management or decision-makers in subsequent decisions. Given this assessment, is expected to produce data that is more detailed and valid. So that will improve the quality of academic performance in these institutions. From the analysis in the design of Information System Performance Assessment of Academic Lecturers at trial in the High School of Information Management and Computers (STMIK) PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang, there is a shortage, especially in the assessment of academic performance so that the lecturer in determining the ability of academic faculty development policy experience obstacles. To facilitate the institution, faculty, and students, then STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang requires a performance assessment system that is more measurable academic lecturer, accurate and more up to date and the assessment of academic performance will be able to assist parties involved, especially the quality assurance and can also used as one part of the filing of the certification lecturers. Keywords: Reviewing, Academic Performance

Abstract

Parikesit is a company which their bussines are buy and sell rice. In terms of supplying and providing rice, the employee have to compute to gain finest quality of rice by involving criterion. Because the computation is still using manual method, so there is always a failure. And time which needed to do the computation manually, can’t be done in short time, so the time that should be used for other is only used to compute.The computation itself is a problem that involves many criterion. So, it needs a decision support system that able to support alternatives and criterions. One kind of decision support system method is analytical hierarchy process. This method is use to simplify and quicken the process of decision taking by breaking down the problems into hierarchy.Based on examination, it concluded that by using decision support system, the computation to supplying and providing rice could be easier and saves much time. information system, recording of selling, buying transaction can be done. With the existence of graphical report of source, purchasing, and sale, manager is able to watch the source, purchasing, and sale stability, also manager can use it as a decision taking helper.Key Word : Decision Support system, analitycal hierarchy process.

Abstract

The Education Department of Malang City conduct a policy of mutation educators and educational personnel at the elementary school level by putting aside some aspects of relevance because of the shortage of employee causing conflict and various reasons candidates not doing of mutation, in addition to the a policy of mutation must continue to run the distribution of the quality of education. This study aims at the realization of a system that can help the field of Educators and Educational Personnel in Education Department of Malang City to provide solutions in the form of employee recommendations for further policy can be taken according to standard needs mutation. The decision support system method used in this research is the Weighted Product (WP) method in which each candidate of mutation will be determined based on the weight of the school data, employee data and the criteria data specified by the Education Department of Malang City, with calculations based on normalization (Wi) , multiplication until the powers of numbers to get the final rating (Vi). Data collection methods used were interviews and literature studies. The result of research of decision support system of determination of mutation of educator and educational personnel using method of Weighted Product (WP) at Malang Education Department built to give solution in the form  of recommendation of employees from each school who recommended most feasible proposed  to the a policy of mutation by the Education Department of Malang City. Keywords: Decision Support System, Employee Mutation, Education Department, Weighted Product Method, Elementary School
