Abstract

The professionalism of lecturers plays a major role in improving the quality of the learning process in higher education. Lecturers whose main tasks are in the field of teaching are required to have four competencies, academic, pedagogical competencies, personality competencies, and social competencies. One of the mastery learning competencies that the lecturer needs to have in order to create conducive conditions for the student learning process is the competency in mastering the teaching methodology. To measure the four competencies, the government held a lecturer certification program. Certification is the process of providing educator certificates for lecturers held by universities that have an educational staff procurement program that is accredited and determined by the Government, implemented objectively, transparently and accountable. For those who pass the certification, then they get a certificate as a professional lecturer in accordance with the subject matter taught.

Abstract

Pengelolaan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan bersama dan melalui orang-orang serta kelompok dengan maksud untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan organisasi. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan akan tercapai apabila proses belajar mengajar yang diselenggarakan di kelas benar-benar efektif dan berguna untuk mencapai kemampuan pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan yang diharapkan. Karena pada dasarnya proses belajar mengajar merupakan inti dari proses pendidikan secara keseluruhan, di antaranya guru merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam menentukan berhasilnya proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. fungsi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sangat mendasar sekali dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, menciptakan iklim sosio emosional dan mengelola proses kelompok, sehingga keberhasilan guru dalam menciptakan kondisi yang memungkinkan, indikatornya proses belajar mengajar berlangsung secara efektif. Kajian dalam artikel ini antara lain memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca tentang pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendidikan, sarana prasarana pendidikan yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan terhadap pendayagunaan sarana prasarana pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Teaching activities is the process of delivering information and transfer of knowledge from teachers (teachers) to students (students). in it there is a process for students who did not understand to understand, and who do not understand to understand. This achievement will only be achieved if it is based on established learning planning and healthy learning conditions. Learning activities can be implemented well if students and educators alike have the same desire to succeed the learning program. Conditions such as considerations that must be prepared by teachers in order to realize the learning program. These preparations include curriculum, teaching materials, methods and instructional media used, assessment instruments as a means of evaluation.

Abstract

Internal and external factors are factors that influence students in learning achievement. Among the internal factors that can be internalized by students in learning, achievement includes attitudes towards learning, interest, and motivation to learn, concentration in learning, in addition, there are also external factors which include: teachers as coaches in the learning process, learning infrastructure and facilities, assessment, environment social welfare of students both at school and at home as well as the curriculum applied at school. The stage of learning achievement will be easily achieved if a teacher is wise in determining the use of learning methods. These conditions will affect student achievement in responding to each component of the learning material taught by the teacher for all subjects. Although not all teachers use the same learning method approach, on the other hand, a teacher is also required to master complex learning materials so that the transfer of knowledge process in the classroom represents all learning materials as a whole.

Abstract

Islamic religious education in schools or madrasas, in its implementation, still shows problems that are less than encouraging. So far, there is an impression that students are less enthusiastic in participating in PAI learning. The teacher becomes the center of attention of students and seems to be the sole source of information. This fact gets worse when the available reference books are not proportional to the number of students. So that the learning process is dominated by note-taking activities. In the end, the teacher failed to create a dialogical atmosphere in classroom learning. Therefore, innovation of learning methods in education is very necessary. Innovation is a manifestation of a change that is not just changing for the better, innovation in learning methods is a systematic and structured update step from various aspects. With innovation, everything will be renewed for a better purpose. Teachers who innovate in learning methods are able to open up the horizons of innovative students, so that student enthusiasm emerges which then instills facts or concepts into students' deepest memories. Through innovative learning methods, the classroom atmosphere is not confined to a rigid and monotonous atmosphere. Students need to be invited more to discuss, interact, and have dialogue so that they are able to construct scientific concepts and principles themselves, not by being fed or lectured. Students also need to be accustomed to differing opinions so that they become intelligent and critical figures. Of course, democratically, without forgetting scientific principles, the teacher needs to provide reinforcements so that there are no misunderstandings.

Abstract

Character education does not only teach what is good and what is wrong to students, but character education also applies positive habituation, so that students are able to understand and carry out these values in saying and acting everyday. Educational governance in the context of ethical management must use the basis of general norms and morality that apply in society. Educational evaluation is not only determined by the success of academic achievement alone, but that success is measured by the paradigm of morality and social and religious values. This benchmark must be an integral part in assessing the success of an educational activity. By using a literature study, this study shows that the ethics of the teaching profession is an application of general ethics that governs teacher behavior. The norms of morality are the basis on which the profession refers in its behavior. The basis for their behavior is not only educational laws and educational procedures that encourage teacher behavior, but values, morals, and ethics are also important references that must be used as the basis for policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi manajemen kelas yang efektif guna mendukung peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi berbagai pendekatan dan metode yang dapat diterapkan oleh para pendidik untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang terorganisir, menarik, dan dinamis. Penelitian ini juga mengulas berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan kelas, termasuk karakteristik individu siswa, gaya pengajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru, kondisi fisik ruang kelas, serta pengaruh budaya dan lingkungan sosial yang melingkupinya. Melalui eksplorasi ini, diharapkan dapat ditemukan langkah-langkah praktis yang dapat membantu guru dalam mengatasi tantangan manajemen kelas sekaligus menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Pendekatan ini dirancang untuk memberikan panduan konkret yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam berbagai konteks pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan teoritis, tetapi juga kontribusi nyata dalam bentuk rekomendasi aplikatif untuk membantu guru dalam mengelola kelas secara lebih efektif dan efisien, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan.
