<![CDATA[This research was conducted at the Gorontalo Provincial Government, aiming to find out 1). whether Behavior (X1), and Apparatus Participation (X2) partially affect the Quality of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Gorontalo Province, 2) To find out whether Behavior (X1), and Apparatus Participation (X2) simultaneously affect the Quality of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Gorontalo Province. The results showed that the two variables of apparatus behavior (X1), and apparatus participation (X2) had a partial effect on the quality of the regional revenue and expenditure budget of Gorontalo province as indicated by the correlation coefficient of each X1 of 0.294 at a significance level of 0.028, and X2 of 0.334. at a significance level of 0.012. Furthermore, the two variables behavior of the apparatus X1, and the participation of the apparatus X2, jointly have a positive and significant effect as indicated by the calculated F value of 5.336, F table of 3.17 where F arithmetic > F table at a significance level of 0.008 or sig = 0.008 < 0.05.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo, bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui 1). apakah Perilaku (X1), dan Partisipasi Aparat (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo, 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah Perilaku (X1), dan Partisipasi Aparat (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel prilaku aparat (X1), dan partisipasi aparat (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kualitas anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah provinsi Gorontalo yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi masing-masing X1 sebesar 0,294 pada taraf signifikansi 0,028, dan X2 sebesar 0,334 pada taraf signifikansi 0,012. Selanjutnya kedua variabel prilaku aparat X1, dan Partisipasi aparat X2, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 5.336, F tabel sebesar 3.17 dimana F hitung > F tabel pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0.008 atau sig =0.008 < α 0.05.]]>
