Abstract

This research aims to know the : (1) Implementation of land use, erosion and sedimentationcontrol, revegetation, maintenance and placement of reclamation guarantees based on ForestryMinister's Regulation Number P.60/Menhut-II /2009 about Guidelines for Assessing the Success ofForest Reclamation and Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827K/30/MEM/2018 about Guidelines for the Implementation of the Principle of Good MiningTechnique; (2) The Suitability of the implementation of the reclamation of the PT. WIN with the planthe pattern space RTRW South Konawe Regency. The research method used is field survey and imageinterpretation with variables namely (1) Implementation of land use, (2) Erosion and sedimentationcontrol, and (3) Revegetation. The research results showed that value the level of success ofreclamation in PT. WIN according Forestry Minister's Regulation Number P.60/Menhut-II/2009 was73,8 with medium category it means reclamation acceptable but still necessary repairs whileaccording to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827K/30/MEM/2018 is 79.04%. The results of the analysis of spatial pattern of space RTRW SouthKonawe Regency with land reclamation PT. WIN is the agricultural utilization of food crop acreagedry land (Moor) and the results of the analysis of the reclamation plan cost calculation of PT. WIN forthe second period of 2015 - 2019 covering an area of 8.58 hectares required Rp. 3,291,882,543, whilethose planned by PT. WIN Rp. 1,980,932,611, -.Keywords: Reclamation, Spatial Patterns, Reclamation Costs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of hospital wastewater that has gone through processing, toknow the effectiveness of Hospital Wastewater Treatment Plants in Kendari City, to know the distribution ofHospital Wastewater Treatment Plants based on the quality of their wastewater and develop managementstrategies. This type of research is qualitative descriptive with a survey approach. In this study, sampleswere taken in the inlet pipe section and the hospital wastewater treatment plant with BOD5, COD and TotalColiform test parameters. The results showed that based on the COD and BOD5 parameters of 8 (eight)hospitals that have only 1 (one) hospital wastewater treatment plant whose test results exceeded the qualitystandard based on KepmenLH no.05 of 2014. Total Coliform parameters were 8 (eight ) hospitals that havea Waste Water Treatment Plant have 2 (two) hospitals whose test results exceed the quality standards basedon KepmenLH no.05 of 2014. Effectiveness of hospital wastewater treatment plants based on BOD5 testparameters which have effectiveness between > 67-100% there are 6 (six) hospitals, the effectivenessbetween > 34 - 67% there is 1 (one) hospital and the effectiveness between 0 - 34% there is 1 ( one) hospital.Effectiveness based on COD parameters, effectiveness between > 67-100% there are 5 (five) hospitals, effectiveness between > 34 - 67% there is 1 (one) hospital and effectiveness between 0 - 34% there are 2(two) hospitals. Effectiveness based on total coliform parameters, effectiveness between > 67-100% thereare 3 (three) hospitals, effectiveness between > 34-67% there are 3 (three) hospitals and effectivenessbetween 0 - 34% there are 2 (two) hospitals. 2 (two) hospitals cannot evaluate their effectiveness becauseIPAL is not functioning / not functioning. Strategies that need to be carried out include managementstrategies, technical strategies and monitoring strategiesKeywords: Spatial Analysis, Management Effectiveness of Hospital Waste Water Treatment Plants

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the Outspreading direction of waterabsorption areas and the extent ofoutspread of water absorption areas at the subdistrict of rumbia and Central Rumbia in Bombana regency. The study used a descriptive method, i.e a survey method. Data were analyzed using an overlay techniquewhich combined a namber of data and maps using the SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis) or GeographicalInformation system. Some Parameters that ware used to determine water absorption areas were land use, precipitation, slope angle, and the texture of the land under investigation. Result of data analysis showedthat there were 2 criteria to determine the suitability of water absorption. The less suitable zones were in thenorthern, southern to western areas, totaling 6.249.03 Ha or 78.00 % of the total of areas being researched. The unsuitable zones of water absorption was in the eastern area of the research, which were mostly theareas where people reside, totaling 1,760.97 Ha or 21.98 % of the total of areas under investigation. Keywords : absorption zona, Underground water
