Abstract: This study aims to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of accounting students at class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri I Probolinggo through the implementation of cooperative learning model Teams Assisted Individualization. This research is non-experimental design with Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. The research data in the form of student motivation gained through observation and student learning outcomes obtained through post-test at the end of each cycle. The results showed that studentsâ motivation and learning outcomes was increasing in the first cycle and second cycle. It can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model Teams Assisted Individualization can increase studentsâ motivation and learning outcomes on accounting subject  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri I Probolinggo melalui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif model Teams Assisted Individualization. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimen dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Data penelitian berupa motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh melalui observasi dan hasil belajar siswa diperoleh melalui post-test pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan baik pada siklus I dan siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif model Teams assisted Individualization dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata diklat akuntansi. Â
