Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of gastropods and bivalves associated with mangrovevegetation. Data analysis convering density, diversity, dominance, uniformity of Gastropods andBivalves with mangrove density at Kumbe estuary of Merauke Regency, which was held for twomonths from August to September 2016. The method used was the line transect method with a plotmeasuring 10x10 meters and for molluscas using 1x1 meter plot. The results showed that themolluscas were found of exhibit association of mangrove vegetation in both stations consisting of 9types of Gastropods and 2 types of Bivalves. Species diversity (H') is highest in Station II (river moutharea) and moderate species diversity in Station I (residential area). Uniformity (E’) shows a stablevalue at both stations. Dominance (D) is included in the low value or no type of Gastropoda andBivalvia that dominates at both stations. There are 9 types of mangroves with the highest density ofmangroves in Station I and the lowest in Station II

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in rice farming production of Inpari 32, Ir 64 and Cigelis varieties in the study area, to analyze the differences in rice farming acceptance of Inpari 32, Ir 64 and Cigelis varieties in the study area, to analyze the differences in income of Inpari 32 rice field rice farming, Ir 64 and Cigelis in the study area, analyzed whether the rice cultivation of Inpari 32, Ir 64 and Cigelis varieties was feasible from the ratio of revenue and cost (R / C) in the study area. This research was conducted in Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. The location selection was done purposively. The population was 4,770 farmers and the sampling was done by using purposive method, 5% of the population was taken, in order to obtain a sample of 128 farmers. The analysis technique used in this research is to use cost, revenue, income, and feasibility analysis. The results show that there are differences in production, acceptance and income of Inpari 32, Ir 64 and Cigelis rice fields with an average land area of ​​1.5 ha. With the R / C of the Inpari 32 variety of 3.05 BEP, the production was 995 kg and the BEP was 2.463 / kg. The R / C of the Ir 64 variety was 2.59 with a BEP of production of 1.055 kg and a BEP of 2,930 / kg and the R / C of the Cigelis variety of 2.50 with a production BEP of 1,036 kg and a BEP of 3,312 / kg.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kandungan N (nitrogen), P (posforus) dan Kalium (K) atau NPK pada ikan limbah kering dan pada pupuk organic cair (POC) dari limbah ikan non target hasil tangkapan nelayan. Penelitian dilakukan bulan September-November 2020, bertempat di Laboratorium Manajemen Sumberdaya Perairan Unmus Merauke dan laboratorium Kimia Unhas. Analisis sampel meliputi pengujian kadar Nitrogen (N), Pospat (P) dan Kalium (K) yang terdapat pada limbah ikan non target yang tertangkap oleh nelayan di kelurahan Samkai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil analisis NPK pada ikan limbah kering memiliki kadar Nitrogen (N) 0.58 %, Phospor (P) 2.86 % dan Kalium (K) 0.01 %. Hasil analisis pupuk organic cair (POC) dari limbah ikan, sedangkan hasil analisis pupuk organic cair (POC) yang terbaik pada nutrient Nitrogen (N) pada P3 sebesar 0.27%, nutrien Phospor pada P3 sebesar 1.25% dan untuk nutrien Kalium (K) pada P1 sebesar 0.74%.
