Abstract

Implication of the publication of the regulation of dynamics of tin mining on Bangka Island, it is most clearly visible are the rise of tin mining unconventional. The Central Government controls over commodities lead is so strong that they use their hands to do military protection. The local community is prohibited to mine, sell, even save them even one kilogram of matter. This condition is a precondition for the emergence of dissharmonsation in the management of lead in this area. Last issue about the rules of tin mining this regulation until now has never been resolved. So in a forum, all conflicts that erupted about tin mining will stop when the tin islands of Bangka Belitung Province have been exhausted.Keywords :  Regulation, Tin mining, Bangka Island

Abstract

Konsep diri merupakan   pandangan, penilaian, dan perasaan individu mengenai dirinya yang timbul sebagai hasil dari suatu interaksi sosial. Komunitas GenBI Universitas Bangka Belitung merupakan wadah dimana mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bank Indonesia di Universitas Bangka Belitung dapat berinteraksi satu sama lain. Sebagai Front Liner nya Bank Indonesia Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, GenBI Universitas Bangka Belitung  membutuhkan jalinan interaksi agar dapat menjalankan perannya. Dari hasil interaksi tersebut turut mentransfer citra positif Bank Indonesia Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dan mempengaruhi proses pembentukan konsep diri anggota dalam Komunitas GenBI UBB. Studi ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan pengalaman mahasiswa yang didapat dari program Bank Indonesia tersebut kemudian membentuk sebuah konsep diri mahasiswa pada komunitas GenBI UBB. Melalui  pendekatan  kualitatif deskriptif  dengan diperkuat dengan proses wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang dideskripsikan mulai dari faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri komunitas GenBI UBB selanjutnya di analisis dengan teori Interaksionisme Simbolik yang dideskripsikan melalui proses pembentukan konsep diri komunitas GenBI UBB sehingga penelitian ini ditemukan adanya konsep diri positif dan negatif dari Komunitas GenBI UBB.

Abstract

Hegemoni merupakan dominasi atas satu kelas terhadap kelas lain disebabkan secara ideologis dan politis. Hegemoni dilakukan melalui mekanisme konsensus bukan dengan penindasan terhadap kelas sosial lain. Terdapat Hegemoni pemerintah terhadap pedagang pasar di Pasar Kite Sungailiat. Kekuasaan intelektual yang digunakan oleh pemerintah mampu mempengaruhi kesadaran pedagang untuk mengikuti kebijakan pemerintah. Pedagang yang merasa dirugikan dengan kebijakan tidak mampu untuk melakukan perlawanan. Perlawanan pedagang dapat diatasi pemerintah dengan membentuk konsensus antara pemerintah dan pedagang. Konsensus dilakukan untuk mempengaruhi pemikiran pedagang agar mengikuti aturan yang dibuat pemerintah.

Abstract

Regulatory changes on tin by the central government or the entrance slit for local governments to take over the management of tin strengthened by the release of law on regional autonomy. Government then uses its authority to issue a local regulation that allows the general public to mine tin unconventional. Unconventional means parties other than the two mining companies, namely PT. Timah Tbk. and PT. Koba Tin has monopolized the management of lead since the Dutch colonial era, and those who become partners of both companies. Law is a legal umbrella for the people from different walks to mine tin massively without any consequences to reclaim their land dug. The implications of rising regulation of the dynamics of tin tin mining in Bangka Belitung province,particularly in Lampur village, Central Bangka regency, then look at the pattern of the relationship between the boss and the tin men in connection with the issuance of these regulations on the lives of the miners.

Abstract

Lampur village is an area that still has a lot of Tin deposits are characterized by the emergence of a lead-mining-camp camp inkonvensial at many points in this area. Lampur indeed simply a village administratively, but became a mixture of the two districts and some districts. In 2001, when the autonomous region and the rampant mining it, the village became the main destination Lampur miners entrants to dig the Tin. The impact of the change in behavior IT mining village community consumer as well as being perceived Lampur also by the school, when many students are reduced because they prefer to seek fortune in the location of it and the fact it was left by its parents resulting in increased dropout rates.

Abstract

This research focuses on a village in Belinyu Sub-district, Bangka Regency, Kapitan Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and a literature review with observation and documentation data collection techniques. The study’s results found that social capital plays an important role in strengthening the network of the Forest Farmers Groups, where one of the efforts is the Karang Lintang Festival. The community in Kampung Kapitan has been built with a social capital system based on trust, norms, and network relationships. This festival activity is one of the efforts to encourage participation and increase community social capital through bonding, bridging, and linking social relationships. The theory used in this research is Woolcock’s social capital theory. As stated by Woolcock, the types of social capital become this research’s reference to analyze the role of social capital in the community. The strength of this network is obtained through wide-scale or national relationships that the Forest Farmers Group has achieved with government agencies. Of course, strengthening the network of this group is accompanied by an increase in tourism potential in Kapitan Village.
