Abstract

Embodying Ecological Policy in Defending the Leuser Ecosystem Area for Sustaining Collective Life Triono Eddy Lecturer of Graduate Law School Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) The destruction stemmed from the wrong policy or paradoxical policy of the government, blunder regulation in the form of conflicted norms, legal vacuum, and blurred norms in regulating the Leuser ecosystem. Abstract

In manifesting the sustainable development, this work found a new paradigm in sustainable development which is based on the local resources. In This paper discussed at exploring an appropriate model in managing environment that may accommodate and optimize local resources, such as human resources and natural resources. This is important to create and maintain the sustainable development for all. detail, it elaborates and discusses some core components of the model of sustainable development that includes: (i) ontology; (ii) epistemology; and (iii) axiology of sustainable development. development could be found in Pancasila, the principle five, that is social justice for all Indonesian constitution 1945, The ontological element of sustainable article 28 h that guarantee the healthy environment for all. While the epistemological level, this work will coherency all diametrical policies and norms or regulations that related to the situation, such as environmental law, investment law, mining law, agrarian law, forestry law, marine and coastal law, and so forth. should be embodied in the appropriate mechanism and operational model, that cover the implementation, control, All those elements evaluation, development and recovery stages. In the end, this work offers an appropriate model for creating local resources based-environmental management that guaranteeing the sustainable development for all.*** This paper is aimed at creating the right model in the management and utilization of sustainable natural resources. Even to create a sustainable model of natural resource management and also focuses on optimizing local resources. This case is important given the use of local resources, both of human and natural in environmental management can ensure the sustainability of conservation and utilization of the environment [1]. The logical reason that can be put forward is that local people know in detail about the condition of the area and have both emotionally and physically related in The aim product of sustainable development and utilization of the environment based on local resources becomes the answer to the development process that has been done by the government with the only emphasis on growth [3]. It is as if the development is only intended for growth to growth. Amartya Sen believes that an event should be aimed at creating an environment (realm) that allows everyone to convert its potential to functional. Pancasila, Local Resources, Sustainable Development.

Abstract

Entering the XXI century (or millennium III), the future development on the one hand to show the city as an important role player and unexpected and never experienced before in the history of anywhere. On the other side of town facing more diverse development problems for many developing countries may not be handled alone. The development of the world also headed to the nature of democratic governance and increasing the amount of local autonomy. This means that the ability of areas, including human resources must he increased to be ahle to respond to changes and new possibilities. All efforts should still be made within the framework of sustainable development principles (city) sustained due to the quality of the environment in general is very bad, in some places almost critical. In this paper, in addition to the problem of instruments for efforts to increase local capacity and human resources, a variety of definitions, scope and paradigm shift will be discussed also. Abstract

The problem of the environment is a serious issue that must be addressed by the government and the community as a supervision and reporter of each of the activities of the destroyer of the environment. The pollution and environmental damage continue to increase in line with the increased industrial activity or similar substances; surely the situation needs to get the protection of the law. The pollution or environmental damage, mostly in the context of running a commercial business and often is also the attitude of rulers and the entrepreneurs who do not run or neglecting the obligations of their obligations in the management of the environment. This research is a descriptive quantitative i.e. with provides an overview of the company that takes the environment around the enterprise. Data collection method in this investigation using bibliographical study (Library Research).

Abstract

Abstract

The implementation of Act No. 24 2011 is a rule that should be reviewed because many pro-cons who must be responsible for work accidents employees. Here, the author is interested in examining about the judicial review of Corporate Responsibility for the payment of the money guarantee the death of Labor Based on Act No. 24 The year 2011 About BPJS. And here is the author took three formulations of the problem is how the general settings employment social security program in Indonesia, how the role of the law in the BPJS provides protection against the sacrifice guarantee the death of work accidents in Indonesia and law sanctions for companies who are unaware of the responsibility of safety against workers based on Act No. 24 The year 2011 About BPJS. The type of this bachelor theses researches using qualitative research, with wearing the kind of legal research normative and data collection technique use the secondary technique, which consists of the Primary legal materials, secondary, and tertiary preventive measures and data collection method used is a library research method (Library Research).
