Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability. Size to Capital Structure. The method used in this research is simple random sampling. The data used in this study was simple random sampling. Simple random sampling is done by taking a sample from the population not based on a certain criteria. manufacturing sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the data collection were processed using EVIEWS. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, profitability, company size have a significant effect partially on capital structure. Profitability and Interest Rate do not have a significant effect on Company Value. Liquidity and Size have a significant effect on Company Value simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, company growth, and debt policy on stock prices with dividendpolicy as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method by taking a population of companies listed onthe Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the consumer goods sector. The sample was selected by purposive samplingtechnique in order to obtain a sample of 24 companies. The data analysis method used is structural equation modelanalysis using the PLS SEM test tool. The results showed that profitability, company growth, and debt policy had nosignificant effect on stock prices. The results of the mediation test show that dividend policy is not proven as amediating variable for the effect of profitability, company growth, and debt policy on stock prices. Based on theresults of the different test, it shows that there is a significant difference in the stock prices of consumer goodscompanies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The delegation of authority from shareholders as principal to management as agent causes agency conflict to arise between shareholders and managers. Agency conflict needs to be minimized in various ways so that the company's objection in maximize the value of the company can be achieved. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of managerial ownership and free cash flow on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This study uses panel data regression on 55 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and IDX80 in the 2019-2021 period. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The independent variables in this study are managerial ownership and free cash flow. The moderating variable in this study is dividend policy. The results of this study indicate that Managerial Ownership has a positive effect on firm value. Furthermore, Free Cash Flow has no effect on firm value. Dividend policy does not strengthen the effect of managerial ownership and free cash flow on firm value.
