Abstract

This article gives an overview of the role of financial services authorities in monitoring the risk of financing from investment that occurs in the community, the data used in this article are primary data in the form of laws and books relating to financial services authorities and financial and material risks secondary in the form of other reference materials that support the writing of this article. This article uses in-depth analysis techniques, which are to thoroughly examine and analyze the context discussed in this article. The conclusion of this article is that in every investment activity carried out in the community, it will have potential risks in the future, especially when there is a fraudulent investment in the community, therefore to overcome the existence of financial services authorities have the following roles: how to disseminate and inform the public about the characteristics of fundraising and financing, through seminars, and the Group Focus Discussion by involving academics as presenters 2) Facilitating dispute resolution between parties to disputes related to financing carried out by communities in a fictitious investment 3) Making regulations (regulation) as a form of protection so that there are no fraudulent investment activities in the community and 4) Making Investment Alert Task Force (Satgas) in each province in the archipelago.

Abstract

In managing the budget, honesty (shidq) is a liability, which can?t be executed unless the application of the principle of budget transparency. Therefore, based on the rules then, do the transparency of the budget is mandatory. In the view of Islam, avoiding the transparency of the budget is disobedience. The application of the basic values of Islamic law in the preparation of the budget becomes extremely important in anticipating the leak. In this context the existence of fiqh budget is very urgent, because it is not just for the sake of personal interest but also the public. Therefore the parties involved in the preparation of the budget should be linked by law, so that the consequences of which can be accounted for before the courts in case of fraud

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy in Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative. Researchers conducted a comparative analysis using the Diamond Porter model as an analytical instrument. The data was collected using the library research method, which collects library data in the form of books, articles, government or private reports, and other papers containing theories of thought and are relevant to the research variables studied. The results show that based on the diamond porter model, the Islamic digital economy is supported by 1) condition factors, 2) demand factors, 3) related and supportive industries, 4) strategy, structure, and business competition, 5) government, 6) opportunities. The support of these six indicators has a reasonably high impact on the competitiveness of the Islamic digital economy and can continue to develop in the future.

Abstract

This article provides an overview of economic inequality and the disparity in the level of poverty in the South Sulawesi-Indonesia Province by using variables of economic growth, GDP / capita and the number of poor people between districts in South Sulawesi Province with periodic data types, namely data from 2013-2017. This study uses an Importance-Performance Analysis analysis tool which emphasizes more on quadrant analysis using Cartesian Quadrant. The conclusion of this study is that the disparity of poverty between districts in South Sulawesi Province with determinants of polarized economic growth with high economic growth conditions but the number of poor people is also very high, high economic growth The number of poor people is low, Economic Growth Low the number of poor people is also low , Economic growth is low but the number of poor people is very high, so the determinant of GDP / capita follows the same pattern.

Abstract

This article discusses empirical evidence of----imonetary -----ipolicy's impact----ion national----ieconomic growth----iin the decade 2010-2019. This article is analyzed using a regression analysis tool. This article concludes that 1) the interest rate (BI Rate) has----ian---iimpact rate----ion national----ieconomic---igrowth---iin----ithe decade 2010-2019 of only 7 percent. Impact-----iof US $----iexchange----irate---ion----ithe domestic----ieconomic----igrowth---iof only 90 percent 3) Impact of the amount of money in circulation on the national economic growth of only 76.8 percent, 4) Impact----iof----iinflation----irate----ion----ithe domestic economic growth of only 4.3 percent 5) impact of total investment in national economic growth is only 60.8 percent. Thus-----ithe----imain-----iobjective-----iof-----imonetary-----ipolicy is more emphasis-----ion-----iprice-----istability. With the first consideration, with output determined by long-term economic capacity, all systems that encourage economic growth will create inflation so that it will not affect real economic growth. Second, the rational financial agent understands that policymakers' actions in supporting the economic growth that helps increase can lead to time consistency problems. Third, monetary policy influencing economic variables takes a long time and has a lag. Fourth, price stability can encourage creating a better economic climate because it will reduce costs from inflation

Abstract

MEA adalah bentuk integrasi ekonomi ASEAN dalam artian adanya system perdagaangan bebas antara Negara-negara asean. Indonesia dan sembilan negara anggota ASEAN lainnya telah menyepakati perjanjian Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) atau ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) akan membentuk ASEAN sebagai pasar tunggal membuat ASEAN lebih dinamis dan kompetitif dengan mekanisme dan langkah-langkah untuk memperkuat pelaksanaan baru yang ada inisiatif ekonomi; mempercepat integrasi regional di sektor-sektor prioritas; memfasilitasi pergerakan bisnis, tenaga kerja terampil dan bakat; dan memperkuat kelembagaan mekanisme ASEAN. Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) akan mengatasi kesenjangan pembangunan dan mempercepat integrasi terhadap Negara melalui Initiative for ASEAN Integration dan inisiatif regional lainnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the preferences of teachers and lecturers in Islamic educational institutions in saving in Islamic banks. This is the primary research data obtained through a questionnaire to 136 teachers and 295 lecturers from the population of teachers and lecturers in four Islamic educational institutions (STAIN, STIEM, MAN and PMDS Datok Sulaiman) Palopo. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multinomial logit regression models using SPSS software. The main conclusions of this study states that 1) religiosity variables simultaneously, the result, access, services, income and trust affect preferences of teachers and lecturers in saving in Islamic banks. 2) While partially namely religiosity, profit-sharing, service, influence the preferences of teachers and lecturers in saving in Islamic banks. 3) probablitas teachers and lecturers in the store and in Islamic banks by 75 percent compared to conventional banks, Islamic banks and conventional banks together

Abstract

As a religious institution with potential economic benefits, effective and efficient waqf empowerment for productive purposes is a must. So there must be an effort to manage the productive waqf, so it can provide a solution of what is expected that can prosper the community then it needs optimal management of existing waqf objects. The management of endowments in Indonesia is faced with various challenges, among others: a) development of waqf by nazhir more on the protection of waqf property not by the utilization of waqf; (b) Muslims' understanding of waqf is lacking; (c) the limited amount of government support in the form of budgets to facilitate the wakaf movement and the provision of services for the administration of waqfs; (e) the lack of activities that educate and socialize productive wakaf to the Muslim community, this condition has an impact on the low awareness of waqf; and (f) the establishment and distribution of wakaf institutions in regions has not considered the potential of wakaf in each region

Abstract

Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2012 on the Spatial Planning of the City of Palopo became a reference in the zoning of minimarkets in Palopo City as a form of implementation and implementation of Presidential Regulation Number  112 of 2007 about Arrangement and Development of Traditional Markets, Shopping Centers and Modern Shops, in regulating permits from the establishment of Minimarkets in Palopo City. At present the Palopo City Government only gives establishment permits based on regional zoning in 5 sub-districts from 9 sub-districts in Palopo City

This article aims to identify the potential for poverty alleviation programs and income inequality in rural areas globally in Indonesia as stated in Government Regulation No.11 of 2019, wherein article 100 paragraph 1 Village Expenditures stipulated in the ApBDesa are used for the implementation of village development, coaching Village community, and the empowerment of the Village community according to the local potential they have, so that the programs carried out must be in line with the needs of the village and its people
