Abstract

The dynamics of community life continues to evolve. the missionary activity should be dynamic, innovative, and creative. Location of propagation dynamics and creativity, not only on material that should always be relevant to the needs of the community (mad'u) but also in theory.Methodology, and the media used. In addition, the mission also need to use a variety of theoretical footing, good communication theory, psychology, and sociological theory.Even more so. The phenomenon of propagation of Islam is a big challenge and play like how to describe and analyze the principles of Islam is universal-expressed in a social context that is different. Diverse expressions of Islam that it shows that there is a process of continuous dialong between normative Islam and Islam is a dynamicProphet Muhammad peace be upon him, has provided a frame of mind as the principles and methodology of propagation systems empirically with his saying: khatibu Anas al-'alaqadri' aqulihim. Preaching in accordance with the level of thinking mad'u way of thinking is reflected and reflected in the system of human life: the way of belief, culture, society, and civilization.Therefore, a successful mission is the mission carried out with the knowledge and wisdom. By understanding all the issues that arise from the interaction of the elements of a scientific mission.Explanatory system is obtained for all the propaganda and the realities and problems solving methodology.

Abstract

Work ethic problem has become one of the talk is lively in our society. The talks are not uncommon in the atmosphere of fear that if we as a nation can not grow a good work ethic then our nation will likely remain behind by other nations, including by neighboring nations in Southeast Asia or the environment, even more so , East Asia.In the Islamic view, work is something that is important, even work is a must (obligation). Is not the duties of man as the vicegerent of Allah on earth as the manager for the prosperity of the earth's natural resources. Humans are obliged to carry out the task, not just maintain it. Because human failure would lead to his duties and rank crushed down to the lowest place

Abstract

In everyday life, people move on the world that has been covered with interpretations and categories of science and philosophy. Interpretations are often colored by the interests, life situations and habits, so people have forgotten what their world, the pure life, where all forms of interpretation placed. The dominance of positivism paradigm for many years on the world of science, not only in natural sciences but also in the social sciences and even humanities sciences, which have resulted  crisis of science. The problem is not the application of positivistic mindset towards the natural sciences, because it is consistent, but positivism in the social sciences, the society and human beings as historical beings. Problematic positivism in the social sciences, which eliminates the role of the subject in the form a 'social fact', has prompted the emergence of an effort to find a new base and methodological support for the social sciences to 'restore' the role of the subject into the process of science itself. One such approach is phenomenological approach that is briefly discussed below. In this paper, the writer focuses on the discussion of definition of phenomenology, methods of phenomenology in religious studies, phenomenological methodology in the qualitative approach, and then how the phenomenological approach.
