Abstract

Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan tentang konsep dan klasifikasi Ilmu dalam Islam. Ilmu dalam Islam memiliki dimensi yang universal, empirik dan metafisik yang berbeda dengan ilmu yang lahir dari pandangan hidup Barat yang hanya terbatas pada area empirik. Konsep ilmu dalam Islam menjadi bagian integral dari worldview atau pandangan hidup Islam, sehingga dirinya mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri yang menjadikannya berbeda dengan konsep-konsep dalam peradaban lain. Ilmu menurut pandangan hidup Islam tidak hanya melingkupi substansi pengetahuan, namun juga menjadi elemen penting dalam peradaban. Berkenaan dengan urgennya kedudukan ilmu, beberapa tokoh seperti Ibnu Khaldun, Imam al-Ghazali, ataupun Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas memberikan beberapa ciri dari klasifikasi ilmu untuk mendudukkan mana yang lebih memiliki prioritas, yang ke depannya terkait dengan bagaimana objek ilmu dalam Islam ditentukan. Dari penuturan tokoh-tokoh ini, dapat diketahui bahwa ilmu di dalam Islam tidak hanya meliputi ilmu-ilmu akidah dan syariah saja, namun juga ada sederet ilmu-ilmu lain seperti ilmu fisika, biologi, dan lain sebagainya yang perlu pula dikaji. Cara perolehan masing-masing cabang ilmu ini memiliki pendekatan dan metodenya, baik dari berupa indra internal dan eksternal, khabar shaadiq, dan intelek. Seorang Muslim selayaknya berpegang teguh kepada tradisi keilmuan Islam dan tidak silau dengan tradisi keilmuan Barat walaupun terlihat lebih menarik. Kata kunci: Klasifikasi Ilmu, Filsafat Islam Abstract: This study aims to describe the concept and classification of science in Islam. Science in Islam has universal, empirical and metaphysical dimensions that are different from science that is born from a Western view of life which is only limited to the empirical area. It will be in the case that the concept of science in Islam is one of integral part of Islamic worldview; so that it has its own characteristics differed from another concept of science in other civilizations. Science according to Islamic worldview is not only cover substance of knowledge, but becomes important element in civilization as well. Related to the important of position of science, number of scholar such as Ibnu Khaldun, Imam al-Ghazali, or Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas gave several features of science to know which one has higher priority, to be associated with how the concept of science in Islam decided later. From the discussion offered by the scholars, it will be understood that science in Islam not only encompasses theology and law, but also there is a row of other sciences such as physics, biology, and so forth need to be studied. The acquisition method of each branch of sciences have their own approach, both of internal and external sense, khabar sadiq, and the third is intellect. A Muslim should solidly hold the Islamic tradition and not too impressed with the tradition of Western scholarly even it looks more attractive. Keywords: Classification of Science, Islamic Philosophy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what causes the client "R" with HIV/AIDS to be disobedient in taking drugs and to find out how to apply individual counseling with Self Management techniques in the rehabilitation process of HIV/AIDS sufferers to the client "R". This research uses a qualitative case study method, namely research conducted in depth on the research subject (Client "R"). The object is a close friend and companion of the client "R". The location of this research is on Jalan Prameswara, alley of Macan Akar Bukit Baru, Palembang city. Data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses pattern matchmaking, explanation and time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the causes of non-compliance by client "R" in taking drugs are feeling lazy because they always have to take medicine, forgetting to take medicine when traveling, and finally the side effects of drugs that make client "R" play. (2) the results of the application of individual counseling with self-management techniques in the rehabilitation process of HIV/AIDS patients on client "R" which was carried out six times, showed changes in behavior as expected where initially client "R" did not comply with taking drugs indicated by behavior taking drugs not on time, not in appropriate doses and even not according to the doctor's rules and instructions, where after individual counseling with the Self Management technique the client "R" has shown increased compliance in taking drugs, it appears that he has taken drugs on time, following the doctor's instructions and rules.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods, which in processing the data in the form of numbers. In this study, the regression variable (X) of work motivation and variable (Y) of performance aims to determine whether motivation has an effect on the performance of educators and education staff at the state vocational high school 1 Palembang. Motivation at work can have an impact on the performance carried out, this motivation can affect the behavior of each individual at work to get maximum work results. In this study, the data was processed through a questionnaire with the number of respondents totaling 87 people, both from educators and education staff with civil servant and non-civil servant status at SMKN 1 Palembang. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a statement of 30 questions. The variables in this study are motivation as the independent variable (X) and performance as the dependent variable (Y). The data collected was then analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis technique by testing the test hypothesis (T) and the coefficient of determination (R2). To prove the decision-making using the SPSS For Windows Version 25 application. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that motivation affects the performance of educators and education staff at the Palembang 1 state vocational high school seen from the t-count value (2.965) which is greater than t- table (0.677742) with a significant level of 5% this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the percentage of the effect is 36.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance.
