Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan manganalisis Kinerja kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda telah ekonomis, efisien dan efektif diihat dari  alat analisis Value for Money yang meliputi : Ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas.Hasil analisis penelitian menujukan Kinerja Ekonomi kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda Kurang Ekonomis. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan analisis kinerja Ekonomis sebesar 83%, kinerja efisiensi kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda Tidak Efisien dilihat adari hasil perhitungan kinerja Efisiensi sebesar 377% dan kinerja Efektivitas kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda juga Tidak Efektif dengan hasil perhitungan kinerja Efektifitas sebesar 34%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis yang dikemukakan kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda untuk kinerja ekonomis, efisiensi dan efektivitas ditolak, namun penilaian kinerja secara Value for Money kegiatan Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah program Upaya Kesehatan Masyarakat pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Samarinda Sangat Berhasil dengan hasil akhir perhitungan sebesar 165%.

Abstract

Updating curriculum is a strategic and dynamic activity in order to increase the quality of education in all educational institutions, especially at university. The study is focused on updating curriculum at university as it is as a strategic educational institution and determines the preparation for qualified people in society. Besides, there is a right of owning the autonomy in educational organization. Many ways can be done by colleges when they want to update their curriculums, such as by using system approach. If this way is used, the colleges are able to conduct updating curriculum activity in planned and accountable way. It is in line with the spirit of the organization of higher education nowadays, to have clear and transparent planning, and become accountable. The activity of Updating curriculum is entirely done and divided according to the needs of the colleges. However, the activity of updating curriculum is obviously focused on considering of the substance competence formula and syllabus form, implementation, and evaluation system. By taking into account target, the curriculum can meet its function as the main of educational activity at university.

Abstract

Islam, agama yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia, syariatnya bukan saja mendorong manusia untuk mempelajari sains dan teknologi, kemudian membangun peradaban, bahkan mengatur umatnya agar selamat dan menyelamatkan baik di dunia maupun di akhirat kelak. Lebih jauh dari itu bahwa semua aktifitas termasuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan sains dan teknologi dapat bernilai ibadah bahkan menjadi nilai perjuangan di sisi Allah. Yang menjadi persoalan hingga kini, masih adanya anggapan dalam masyarakat luas, bahwa agama dan ilmu adalah dua entitas yang tidak dapat dipertemukan. Keduanya mempunyai wilayah masing-masing, terpisah antara satu dan lainnya, baik dari segi objek formal-material, metode penelitian, kriteria kebenaran, peran yang dimainkan oleh ilmuwan. Hal ini dikarenakan oleh anggapan bahwa sains dan agama memiliki cara yang berbeda baik dari pendekatan, pengalaman, dan perbedaan-perbedaan ini merupakan sumber perdebatan. Persoalan yang muncul sekarang adalah bagaimana melakukan integrasi antara sains dan agama melalui pendidikan agama Islam, dan integrasi seperti apa yang dapat dilakukan?

Abstract

Quality is at the top of most agenda and improving quality is probably the most important task facing any situation. Of course, we all know quality when we experience it, but describing and explaining it is a more difficult task. In our everyday life, we usully take quality for granted, especially when it is regularly provided. The best organizations, whether public or private, understanding quality and know its secret. While, service quality characteristics especially education, are more difficuli to define than those for physical products. This because the in¬clude many important subjective elements. For purposes of analysing quality it is more appropriate to view education as a service industry than as a production process. In TQM, staff members are known as internal customers and students or learners are primary external customesr or clients. This article describes Total Quality Management and Service Quality for improving higher education organization. Two cases in Total Quality Management, and Service Quality are discussed and analyzed to show a little example of higher education organization in Indonesia that has not been performed Total Quality Management and Service Quality yet. The Result of the analysis proves this. Then, authors also show how Total Quality Management as the philosophy can be achieved in higher education organization.quality culture.

Abstract

The implementation of KKNI (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia/national standard–based curriculum), especially in PTKIS (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta/Private Islamic Higher Education) demands the role of its study program leaders. The purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of KKNI curriculum on several perspectives: role, performance, teaching steps, understanding factors related to the distribution KKNI, and impact to education in Indonesia. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, including interview, observation, and documentation as technique for collecting data and triangulation technique for ensuring data validity. The results indicated that the performance of eight heads of PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam/Islamic education) Study Program was not in optimum condition as a determinant of the direction, representative of spokesperson, communicator, mediator, and integrator. The implementation of the curriculum was also not effective yet. Then, the factors that influence the implementation are the lack of resources, time, campus ethics, knowledge support, professional interests and attitudes. To understand this condition, we also investigated the impact of knowledge, in which the result showed no information regarding what the policy/program offers, what the target group needs, and why the average student's score is still low. National accreditation, in the eight PAI Study Programs, did not reach the excellence category. Thus, the performance on the study program has not been accountable and will have implications for the weakness of social legitimacy.

Abstract

Teachers have a very strategic role in advancing national education. Therefore, teachers work with a good work ethic. This study aims to analyze how the work ethic of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mishbah Cipadung during the COVID-19 pandemic in learning through academic supervision activities. This research is a collaborative school action research conducted to improve and improve the quality of teachers in terms of learning work ethic, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the pre-action research showed an average score of 64.42, while in the first cycle the average score was 77.7, while in the second cycle the average score was 85.86. This means that there is a significant difference between the work ethic of teachers before and after academic supervision is carried out.
