Abstract

Amanah is one important concept in the context of Indonesian society. Amanah is one admirable trait that should be owned by individuals, including trader. This study aims to explore the concept of the amanah of trader, as well as see the dynamics of the amanah of the trader. Number of participants were 142 people. This research used the Indigenous Psychology approach. An open-ended question was used as measuring instrument. The analysis showed that the amanah of the trader located on four issues, namely, benevolence, honesty, professional and positive character that were called by amanah belief. The society assess amanah of trader depends how amanah belief was formed on the trader that were influenced by individual factors (personality and cognitive process) and situational factors (institutional and social identity). Implications of the research results will be discussed in the context of Indigenous Psychology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kepriabdian, sikap terhadap pengendara bersiko, persepsi risiko dengan perilaku pengendara berisiko pada remaja. Jumlah subjek adalah 393, pria 39,9% dan wanita 60,1% dengan rerata umur 16,9, SD= 1.24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel kepribadian (cemas, marah, mencari sensasi, altruisme dan nomlessness), sikap terhadap pengendara berisiko, persepsi risiko berperan terhadap perilaku berisiko pengendara pada remaja. Setelah di uji melalui hirarki regresi model, ditemukan hanya variabel mencari sensasi, sikap terhadap pengendara berisiko dan persepsi risiko yang konsisten berperan terhadap perilaku pengendara berisio pada remaja. Secara umum terdapat perbedaan antara faktor kepribadian, sikap terhadap pengendara bersiko, persepsi risiko perilaku pengendara bersiko berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Implikasi hasil akan dibahas dalam artikel ini, Kata-kata kunci: pengendara berisiko, kepribadaian, sikap, persepsi risiko, perilaku pengendara ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to the examined the correlation personality factor, risk driving attitude, risk perception and risk driving behavior. Total of participants were 393 (men: 39, 9% and women: 60, 1%).with mean of age 16, 9, SD 1, 24) from student and undergraduate student. The result showed that personality (anxiety, anger, sensation seeking, altruism, and formlessness), risk driving attitude, risk perception as predictor for youth risk driving behavior. After using hierarchical regression model, only sensation seeking, risk driving attitude, risk perception as predictor for youth risk driving behavior. In general, there are difference personality factor, risk perception and risk driving behavior based on the gender Implication of the result are discussed in this article. Abstract

This study aims to explore how and why teenagers devoted to their fathers, in terms of gender. The research method used an indigenous psychology approach with the number of research participants were 406 teenagers in the city of Pekanbaru. Participants were asked to answer the question "What behavior do you do to serve your father?”, and “What are your reasons for being devoted to your father?". The results of this study indicate that adolescents who are very devoted to their fathers are shown to behave obediently (43.1%), prosocial (36.2%), respect (11.8%) and responsibility (4.4%). Meanwhile, the reasons why teenagers are devoted to their fathers are because fathers play a role (43.8%), emotional bonds (14.3%), subjective norms (12.1%), blood relations (9.4%), respect (8.9%), and character (7.9%). Teenage boys and girls are devoted to their fathers because the role of fathers is felt by teenagers.
