Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the development discourses about the vision of Jokowi-JK World Maritime Axis. Discourse is a public communication in which power generates knowledge through discourses, systems thinking and ideas that then establish the concept that binds a country to the planned changes. Through the discussion of Regulation No. 16 of the year 2017 on maritime policy in Indonesia, it is linked to the context of the social, cultural, economic and political aspects that influenced it. By analysing critical discourses about disclosure and disinformation over injustice and supremacy in the discussion. Research carried out by government agencies regulation-makers, observers and the public. Research using a basic data source, a Regulation 16/2017 document, an interview with an author, observers and the public. Results of the analysis show that the micro level, Corpus text regulation, represents the vision of the power of the ' Neoliberal ' ideology and of open foreign political systems. Communicate relationships using the data, symbols, promise and purpose of the power. In the communication entity, a symbol of power used to give emphasis, doctrine, appeal, orders, and supporting policies. As for the level of meso, discursive events in the production process, there is institutional interest as the existence of the new ministership. To help realize the axis of vision of the World Maritime Jokowi-JK with distribution to foreign countries and international fora, hence the introduction of government capital investment projects. At the macro level, in the maritime limits that conflict with the Circumpolar Sea Indonesia poses a threat to the security and safety of our becomes territorial integrity. Institutionally the role of the maritime Coordinator's dominance to prevent the other wing of the Maritime Administration. While socially poor marine infrastructure leads to disparity between the West and East of Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted to reveal the communication process towards local independence in the Karangpawitan Village through Social Media. The use of development communication strategies through social media through Karang Taruna empowerment can increase local income through local culinary tourism promotion activities. Karangpawitan which is commonly used for culinary tourism is also an icon for the city of Karawang, so this is what makes the reason why there is a need for a strategy to increase tourism there. To build local independence, a promotion through Social Media is needed. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which records symptoms that occur through observations and direct interviews with informants or through literature studies to compare existing data. The results show that communication strategies through promotion on social media are able to change the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of audiences towards the income of local people. Through a strategy of changing knowledge to cultivate perceptions about culinary tourism, then being able to facilitate access to information about existing culinary and there is a change in attitude with the many netizens who come to try and take photos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki esensi untuk menganalisis bagaimana mengembangkan usaha Cilok Bogarasa Insan Cita. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian SWOT untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan (strengths), kelemahan (weaknesses), peluang (opportunities), dan ancaman (threats) serta analisis dalam perspektif komunikasi sosial dan pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik usaha Cilok Bogarasa Insan Cita. Yang nantinya akan memberikan solusi terkait kelemahan dari usaha makanan ini serta menggunakan Matriks SWOT untuk menciptakan strategi perdagangan. Dan juga penelitian ini menghasilkan model strategi pemasaran produk, yaitu melalui gaya dan rancangan produk, dan pelayanan penunjang produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada wacana Pilpres 2024 dan niat kubu Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar dan Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD untuk membatalkan hasil Pilpres dengan mengajukan gugatan ke Mahkamah Konstitusi di Portal media TEMPO.CO. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konstruksi naratif dan retorika politik dalam berita terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isu gugatan ke MK adalah bagian dari dinamika politik yang lebih besar dalam konteks Pemilu 2024 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana narasi dan retorika politik digunakan untuk mempengaruhi opini publik dan membentuk diskursus politik. Penelitian ini juga berharap dapat membantu pembaca dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kritis mereka dalam menilai kebenaran berita.

Abstract

Marketing communication is a tool used by companies or business entities to inform, persuade, and remind consumers directly or indirectly about the products and brands being marketed. The use of WhatsApp blast is chosen as a digital medium in marketing activities in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to understand how advertising, specifically through the WhatsApp blast campaign, attracts consumer interest at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular branch Karawang through digital marketing communication. The theory employed in this study is the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) theory proposed by Don Schultz, introduced in 1998. The research utilizes qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that PT. Telkomsel branch Karawang uses WhatsApp blast as an advertising medium to pique consumer interest in their products. PT. Telkomsel utilizes the WhatsApp blast feature to deliver promotional campaigns for Telkomsel products. This approach aligns with the IMC theory, which integrates various marketing communication channels to reach the appropriate target audience. By delivering compelling advertising messages and employing effective performance measurement, the company aims to create a more focused and successful marketing strategy.

Abstract

Drawing on the participants' concrete lived experiences, this study explores how the processes of typification and we-relations shape the construction of meaning in everyday interactions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation with four informants and one single caregiver, and analyzed descriptively texturally and structurally. The findings show that affective communication includes empathy, humor, and firm but authoritative correction that become the foundation for the formation of emotional bonds and a sense of “new family.” Holistic routines (praying in congregation, studying, social activities) facilitate the internalization of religious values, discipline, and independence, which in turn strengthen children's self-identity. The process of meaning construction does not only occur through words, but through daily practices that bring together the emotional, spiritual and social dimensions. These results recommend strengthening intersubjective communication training for caregivers in similar institutions to support the development of character and identity of orphans.
