Abstract

Bakajang is one Gunuang Malintang Nagari tradition that has been passed down through generations of ancestors. Kajang is a means of transportation in the past used by niniak mamak 4 parts of the temple toward Nagari Gunuang Barelang Malintang that crosses the river waters Trunk Mahat. The purpose of this is Alek bakajang increase the friendship between the village children, ninik mamak, clergy and government, with the aim of strengthening unity, preserving indigenous cultural villages, village youth evokes creativity, and a means of conveying information customs, religion, laws and government information and villages increase the income of the people. Participants and actors bakajang Alek is young, ninik mamak, teachers, administration Nagari, community leaders, PKK and Bundo Kanduang, nomads and villagers' donors and Mount Malintang. Being the problem is: what are the procedures for Alek Bakajang Tradition? and how to function in the tradition of Alek Bakajang Mayarakatnya memperertat Social Integration? This study aims to describe the procedures for Alek Bakajang tradition and to determine the function of tradition Alek Bakajang in strengthening social integration. This research is a simple random sampling with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data needs include primary data obtained through filling koesioner results, interviews, and pegamatan and secondary data obtained from the Office of the District 50 City and monograph Kenegarian Gunuang Malintang. Total population of 1060 people and the sample was 53. From the results of this research is that Alek Bakajang Tradition can deepen social integration in society, as the first strengthen the unity and integrity of the community, it is seen from the settlement of the conflict in Kenegarian Gunuang Malintang. both strengthen the relationship silaturrahmi, silaturrahmi seen from this study is that people visit each other Malintang Gunuang during Eid and visit each other and when one of the members of the community experiencing disaster or misfortune. The third is to improve cooperation in society Gunuang Malintang, visible forms of cooperation is mutual and the Mutual Joint Venture (Joint Venture).Keywords: Alek Bakajang Tradition, Social Integration

Abstract

This study aims to explain and describe the Management System of Performing Arts Sanggar V Tunang in Padang City in Organizational Governance and Marketing. This type of research is qualitative research using describing techniques. The researcher is the primary instrument in this study, with the aid of stationery and cameras as supporting tools. Primary data and secondary data are the two types of data used. This study used a variety of methods to collect data, including observations, interviews, documentation, and literature reviews. using data analysis methods, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. This result shows that Sanggar V Tunang has a single leadership management system, in its implementation leaders who have been selected and determined have responsibilities when there is an event or not. The management system rests on organizational governance management and marketing management. Sanggar V Tunang uses its organizational governance by selecting 7 leaders (core dancers) who have covered all jobs and each leader has their own responsibilities in a predetermined position. Marketing activities carried out by studio V Tunang are by promoting through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Sanggar V Tunang also collaborates with several aisles in Padang City. The target of pamasaran at Sanggar V Tunang is wedding events, government events, community events and others.

Abstract

Minangkabau has a variety of cultures, starting from clothing, architecture, motifs, beliefs, songs, and visual characters. One of the uniqueness of Minangkabau is that it has traditional clothing that is its own characteristic. One of the famous traditional clothes in Minangkabau is Bundo Kanduang clothing. Skins have various types, one of which is Skin outfit which is a skin for characters in the game. This Minangkabau skin outfit is designed for the PUBG mobile game or known as Player Uknown's Battleground mobile. The delivery in designing this skin outfit uses the main media Manual Book. Manual book that contains history, making skin outfits, skin items and supporting media, namely T-shirts, posters, stickers, x banners, totebags, hangers / merchandise and Instagram social media to promote. The compounding method used is Glassbox with a 5w + 1h data analysis method, namely what, who, when, where, why, and how. With the completion of this Manual Book, it is hoped that it can become a media that has effective and communicative information for the target audience.
