Abstract

Development is an effort purposed at achieving better conditions. In the sector of sports, development not only based on the medals procuration in the competition multievent, but open space for sports and also the level of physical fitness is part of the Sport Development Index (SDI). The purpose of this study to determine the level of open space for sports and the level of physical fitness society of Wonogiri. This study is evaluation sport development by using a qualitative method. Data collection technique used observation, Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) and documents. This study was conducted in the Wonogiri regency with the subject are consisted of the child (7-12 years) 30 people, adolescence (13-17 years) 30 people and adults (18-40 years) 30 people. each age group consisted of 15 men and 15 women. To get open space data by observation and the subjects do Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) to measure the level of physical fitness. Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that the open space index of 0,711including intermediate category and physical fitness index of 0.315 includinglow category if the terms of the norm Sport Development Index (SDI). Abstract

Sebenarnya pertambahan jumlah penduduk usia kerja yang terdiri atas angkatan kerja dan bukan angkatan kerja bukan menjadi masalah yang serius apabila diimbangi dengan tersedianya faktor-faktor produksi. Bahkan jika keseimbangan tersebut mampu dipenuhi maka akan menjadi kekuatan atau modal untuk meningkatkan kualitas bangsa dan negara Indonesia di dunia internasional. Namun yang sering terjadi di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia adalah sebaliknya. Bertambahnya jumlah penduduk usia kerja berarti bertambahnya jumlah penganggur, mengingat pertambahan jumlah penduduk usia kerja sering tidak dibarengi dengan ketersediaan faktor-faktor produksi di satu sisi, sedangkan di sisi lain rendahnya daya serap dunia usaha atau pasar kerja serta tidak terdidik dan tidak terlatihnya angkatan kerja dari jumlah tenaga kerja yang tersedia sering menjadi pemicu adanya pengangguran. Dalam topik ini penulis ingin menyajikan persoalan seputar pengangguran yang terjadi di Indonesia, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkannya serta strategi pemecahannya.

Abstract

Teenagers are in the growing age that moves dynamically to seek and establish identity / identities. If this phase is one in the care of the risk, it would be borne by the teens themselves, families, communities and countries.The risks occurring in any ages of teen parenting among others is one of the associations having an impact on early marriage, deviant behavior and drop-out. To reduce the risks that occur in adolescents, it needs management in teen parenting, given the importance of the role of youth as the regeneration of the family and the nation are very high asset value, and the management of parenting adolescents needs to be built with a variety of strategies.Keywords: Manajemen, Parenting, Remaja dan Geografi Tubuh.
