Abstract

Presto milkfish is one of the special foods and has even become an icon of Semarang. Presto milk processing business in micro, small, medium to large scale in many places in Semarang and one of them is a craftsman of Presto milkfish Bu Joko and Bu Hari in Kecamatan Pedurungan. The data states that the existing MSMEs in Indonesia contribute considerably to the state. Even so, MSMEs tend to be vulnerable to pressure from both internal and external parties so that in order to survive and develop in the era of MEA, needed support  from the government especially related to capital, market access and business licensing. The problems encountered by adding product varians, providing milk vacuum equipment, developing the web to market products online, organizing socialization and assisting in the handling of Household Food License (PIRT) and redesigning product packaging to be more informative for consumers and able to maintain durability product. With solutions implemented in this program, the Presto Milkfish Craftsmen in Kecamatan Pedurungan have small business empowerment measured through 3 indicators of business access, market access and technology access. With the improvement of management in the form of PIRT has been obtained, the availability of production equipment technology and has the availability of marketing media and ordering web, the craftsmen milkfish Presto in Kecamatan Pedurungan have the independence of business because it can meet the needs by relying on the ability and own strength to run the business.Keywords: milkfish craftsman, empowerment, business independence

Abstract

In SLB Pembina Yogyakarta, the process of science learning in class VII SMPLB Tunagrahita need to be improved. The media used in learning process can’t encourage the activity and enthusiasm of students. Those media just able to develop cognitive only. So it urgent to develop learning media that help learning process and make the students learn natural phenomena easily, and also be able to behave like scientist according to their ability. There are two indicators that address best result, those are the process and result success. Successful process is a condition where the students can participate the learning process actively with the help of that media. The result indicator is the increasing of KKM percentage. The result of this research showed that the using of learning media bases on computer can increase the students’s activity and participation, and also increase studen’s learning outcomein sscience. this fact was proved by the high percentag og students KKM for 20%. Abstract

This research applies the concept of big data and the data mining process and aims to provide clustered data on village welfare levels which can help local governments to properly plan programs to improve the quality of life of village communities. Research case study in District XYZ  whose area includes 11 villages. The clustering process is carried out using the K-Means algorithm which groups data based on similar characteristics. The data analysis process was carried out using the RStudio tool and Microsoft Excel as a comparison. The data set used has 10 attributes, namely village name, number of Pre-Prosperous families, economic reasons (Alek) in the Pre-Prosperous column, non-economic reasons (Bulek) in the Pre-Prosperous column, number of Prosperous Families I (KS I), Alek in the KS column I, Bulek in column KS I, number of Prosperous Families (KS II), number of Prosperous Families (KS III) and number of Prosperous Families (KS III) Plus. Data processing with both tools show the same results, namely that there are 2 clusters. Cluster 1 is a cluster with a high level of welfare, consisting of 4 villages and Cluster 2 is a cluster with a low level of welfare, consisting of 7 villages.

Abstract

This study “aims to analyze the influence of location, taste, and price perception on purchasing decisions of consumers of Es Teh Mbok Dhe in Anjasmoro. The phenomenon of increasing contemporary beverage businesses has triggered intense competition, so it is important for business actors to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active consumers of Es Teh Mbok Dhe. The results of the analysis show that the variables of location, taste, and price perception simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, each variable is also proven to have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This finding implies that in order to increase consumer purchasing interest, business actors need to pay attention to strategic locations, maintain taste quality, and set affordable and competitive prices”
