Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: keterlaksanaan RPP, hasil belajar siswa dan pencapaian karakter kayuh baimbai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus, yang dilaksanakan di kelas VIII G di SMP Negeri 9 Banjarmasin dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 29 orang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar dan lembar penilaian karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: keterlaksanaan RPP meningkat. siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,53 menjadi 3,82, kategori siklus II yaitu sangat baik, kemudian hasil belajar siswa ketuntasan klasikalnya untuk siklus I hanya 34%, kemudian siklus II hasil belajar siswa ketuntasan secara klasikalnya meningkat menjadi 82,75%, dan terjadi peningkatan persentase pencapaian karakter kayuh baimbai dari siklus I sebesar 68,5% menjadi 89,5%. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa penerapan modul getaran gelombang dan bunyi bermuatan karakter di kelas VIII G Banjarmasin dikategorikan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Authentic learning includes the necessary foundation in learning physics. However, the limitations of the physics module based on authentic learning have an impact on the common problem-solving skills of students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of a static fluid module with authentic learning to practice student problem-solving skills. This research is research and development using the 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Class trials using one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of the research trial were 33 students of class XB SMA in Banjarmasin. The data were obtained through tests of problem-solving skills. The results showed that the module was effective because the results of Mann Whitney test were sig. = 0.00; means there is a significant increase in problem-solving skills. Also, the students' problem-solving skills were in the very good category. Thus, a static fluid module with authentic learning is effective for practicing student problem-solving skills.
