Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen berbasiskecakapan hidup dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, menguji kualitas instrumen, serta mengetahui respon guru terhadap instrumen tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadopsi dari Borg dan Gall yang mencakup observasi, penggalian permasalahan, dan kebutuhan model penilaian melalui focus group discussion, penyusunan model, validasi ahli, uji coba produk, dan implementasi sebagai tahap uji coba skala besar. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa produk pengembangan, yaitu model penilaian otentik, baik (86,11%). Hasil analisis uji coba produk menunjukkan bahwa produk ini reliabel dengan koefisien sebesar 0,756. Tahap implementasi, yaitu uji coba produk penilaian otentik, menggunakan salah satu jenis penilaian, yaitu penilaian kinerja. Perbandingan antara kelas yang menggunakan penilaian kinerja dengan kelas kontrol menunjukkan hasil dengan signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini dapat diinterpreasikan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara penilaian otentik dengan penilaian konvensional. Hasil analisis dari respon pendidik sebagai user menunjukkan bahwa produk ini baik dengan nilai 41,85. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk penilaian otentik ini baik, reliabel, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci: penilaian otentik, kecakapan hidup, bahasa Indonesia A MODEL OF AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT BASED ON STUDENTS’ LIFE SKILLS IN INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING AbstractThis study aims to develop instruments based on life skills in Indonesian language learning, test the instrument quality, and find out teachers’ responses to the instruments. This was a research and development study using a model adapted from Borg and Gall’sconsisting of observation, identifying problemsand needs for an assessment model through focus group discussions, modeling, conducting expert validation, trying out the product, and implementing it as a large-scale tryout. The results of the expert validation indicate that the development product, namely an authentic assessment model, is good(86.11%). The resultof the product tryout analysis shows that the product is reliable with a coefficient of 0.756. The implementation phase, namely the tryout of the authentic assessment product, used one assessment type, namely performance assessment. A comparison between a group using performance assessment and a control group shows a result with a significance of 0.000. This can be interpreted that there is a significant difference between authentic assessment and conventional assessment. The result of the analysis of the responses from teachers as users shows that the product is good with a score of 41.85. These results indicate that the authentic assessment product is good, reliable, and effective to be used in Indonesian language learning.Keywords: authentic assessment, life skills, Indonesian language

Abstract

Research and Development methods are used in this research. The objective of the research is to develop teaching materials focused on the criteria and quality. This instructional material as a guidebook of the subject course to improve student’s learning in the classroom, so the students got the understanding and improved skills in learning the Indonesian language. This instructional material, as a reference to the Indonesian language for students of PBI UNISNU Jepara is to improve students’ motivation and increase their understanding in self-learning. This textbook development procedure consists of 4 stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. This textbook is created by the lecturer, are given suggestion by expert and peers (in peer review section). This teaching book is then evaluated the quality by the lecturers who are appointed as assessors and students as a filling instrument practicality of the textbook. Quality data obtained from the descriptive analysis is then changed into the score. This category is then converted into a conversion score in order to know the quality and value of textbooks used in the learning process of teaching Indonesian language courses.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe creative economy is one of the solutions to increase the economy in the current era. Preserving and developing Indonesian cultural heritage products such as batik is a challenge in the business. Partner in the service program is OKAI (Olah Kain Semai). It is one of creative economy Groups. The location of PKM is in Senenan village, Tahunan Jepara. Based on the interview and observation, there was main problem, namely the lack of innovation of contemporary batik motifs. The solution of this problem is assisting partners in training on innovation of stamped batik motifs using computer spare part waste. The results of this program are; 1) making batik stamp from computer spare part waste; 2) their skills improved; 3) their products especially for computer spare part waste motif increased.  Keywords: stamped batik, computer spare parts waste, creative economy  ABSTRAKEkonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu solusi peningkatan perekonomian di era sekarang. Melestarikan dan mengembangkan produk-produk warisan budaya Indonesia seperti batik merupakan tuntutan dan tantangan dalam dunia usaha. Mitra pada program pengabdian adalah salah satu kelompok  ekonomi  kreatif yaitu Kelompok Ekonomi Kreatif OKAI (Olah  Kain  Semai)  Jepara. Lokasi mitra terletak di desa Senenan, Tahunan Jepara. Berdasarkan hasil  wawancara dan observasi mitra, terdapat satu permasalahan utama yang menonjol pada mitra; 1) pada aspek produksi, yaitu kurangnya inovasi motif batik kekinian; Adapun solusi dari kedua permasalahan tersebut adalah: 1) mendampingi mitra  dalam pelatihan inovasi motif batik cap menggunakan limbah spare part computer. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah; 1) pembuatan batik cap dari limbah spare part computer;2) Meningkatnya keterampilan mitra membatik menggunakan limbah spare part computer; 3) Meningkatnya produk batik dari motif spare part komputer bekas. Kata Kunci: batik cap, limbah sparepart komputer, digital marketing
