The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the legal effects that arise in pledging the land of common property rights as collateral in the Bank in terms of Law No. 4 of 1996 on Encumbrance Right Over Land And Land Related Objects. This research method using normative research method by reviewing the Law No. 4 of 1996. Data analysis is done to solve the problems contained in the problem formulation by using descriptive qualitative data analysis. From this study obtained the result that the land of common property rights may be assumed that the land is owned by more than one person whose names are listed in the land title certificate as the land owner. the land is owned by more than one person and there is no clear division, then the authorities to take legal action on the land are all three together. Therefore,the legal effect is the existence of the consent of the other party by giving a special power of attorney to such person to act for and on their behalf to pledge the land.

Land is a very important thing for human survival, this is important because land is usually used to build buildings on it such as buildings, offices, housing and others. Land is important because it is used as a source of livelihood, which is land used as agriculture, animal husbandry, plantations and others. As the population grows, the need for land for residential needs and development needs is increasing, while the area of ​​land is relatively fixed. Although land has many benefits, land can also trigger disputes between people and others, because every human being wants to control the land owned by someone else due to the natural resources contained therein, or because of the value that can be generated from the land.With the increasing number of disputes that occur due to the land, there needs to be a breakthrough in handling it, so that with the issuance of the Systematic Complete Land Registration (PTSL) program it is very feasible to do to at least minimize the land dispute.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap produk wine salak desa sibetan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No 51 tahun 2007 tentang Indikasi Geogerafis. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap wine salak produksi desa Sibetan, kecamatan Bebandem kabupaten karangasem ditinjau dari Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 51 Tahun 2007 tentang Indikasi-Geografis belum mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat terbukti belum terdaftarnya sebagai indikasi geografis dan hal ini berdampak pada nilai jual wine tersebut yang terbilang murah seukuran produksi wine serta pemasarannya belum luas hanya sebatas wisatawan yang berkunjung saja. The purpose of this study was to analyze the legal protection of salak wine products in the Sibetan village based on Government Regulation No. 51 of 2007 concerning Geographical Indications. This paper uses an empirical legal research method. The approach used in this research is the statute approach and the conceptual approach. The results showed that the legal protection of salak wine produced in Sibetan village, Bebandem sub-district, Karangasem district in terms of Government Regulation Number 51 of 2007 concerning Geographical Indications has not been able to improve the local economy, it is proven that it has not been registered as a geographical indication and this has an impact on the selling value of the wine. which is relatively inexpensive about the size of wine production and its marketing is not extensive, only limited to visiting tourists.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengelolaan pariwisata di Indonesia melalui program wonderful Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-undang No 10 Tahun 2009. Wabah Covid-19 saat ini sudah menjadi masalah yang sangat serius hampir diseluruh negara di dunia. Pemerintah Indonesia juga sudah menetapkan kondisi kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat terkait pandemi covid-19 dengan mengeluarkan 3 regulasi. Dikeluarkannya regulasi ini sebagai suatu bentuk perlindungan kesehatan untuk masyarakat dari segala penyakit dan/atau dari faktor resiko kesehatan masyarakat yang mempunyai potensi untuk menimbulkan suatu keadaan darurat kesehatan masyarakat dan juga untuk menstabilkan ekonomi negara ditengah pandemi covid-19. penelitian ini membahas mengenai problematika yang ada antara penerapan sistem karantina wilayah dan PSBB dalam penanggulangan covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami apa itu Sistem Karantina Wilayah dan Sistem PSBB dalam masa Pandemi Covid-19 serta apa problematika yang terjadi dengan penerapannya ini sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui mengapa pemerintah menerapkan sistem ini untuk penanggulangan penyebaran virus Covid-19. Dalam pembahasan ditemukan adanya beberapa kendala-kendala yang terjadi dengan penerapan sistem karantina wilayah maupun PSBB. Dengan adanya berbagai problematika tersebut, diharapkan dalam hal ini pemerintah harus cermat dalam menentukan sistem kedaruratan mana yang harus digunakan dalam memutus pandemi covid-19 ini. The Covid-19 outbreak has now become a very serious problem in all countries of the world. The Indonesian government has also determined the state of public health emergencies related to the covid-19 pandemic by issuing 3 regulations. The issuance of this regulation as a form of public health protection from all diseases and / or from public health risk factors that have the potential to cause a public health emergency and also to stabilize the country's economy amid the covid-19 pandemic. This study discusses the problems that exist between the application of the regional quarantine system and the PSBB in coping with covid-19. The purpose of this research is to understand what the Regional Quarantine System and PSBB System were during the Covid-19 Pandemic and what problems occurred with their implementation so that the public can find out why the government implemented this system to combat the spread of the Covid-19 virus. In the discussion, it was found that there were several obstacles that occurred with the implementation of the regional quarantine system and PSBB. With these various problems, it is hoped that in this case the government must be careful in determining which emergency system should be used in deciding this covid-19 pandemic.

Tujuan penelitian ini diadakan adalah untuk mengetahui akibat hukum yang timbul dalam menjaminkan tanah hak milik bersama sebagai agunan di Bank ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1996 Tentang Hak Tanggungan Atas Tanah Beserta Benda-Benda Yang Berkaitan Dengan Tanah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan mengkaji Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1996. Analisis data dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah yang tertuang dalam rumusan masalah dengan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa tanah yang dimiliki oleh lebih dari 1 orang dimana nama-nama orang tersebut tercantum dalam sertifikat hak atas tanah sebagai pemilik tanah. tanah tersebut dimiliki oleh lebih dari satu orang dan tidak ada pembagian secara jelas, maka yang berwenang untuk melakukan tindakan hukum atas tanah tersebut adalah ketiga-tiganya secara bersama-sama. Oleh karena itu akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan adalah adanya persetujuan pihak yang lain dengan memberikan surat kuasa khusus kepada satu orang tersebut untuk bertindak untuk dan atas nama mereka untuk menjaminkan tanah tersebut.

Permasalahan sampah plastik saat ini merupakan fenomena sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian dari semua pihak salah satunya pencemaran sampah plastik yang terjadi di Pantai Virgin Beach. Permasalahan tersebut didukung dari data BP2DAB (Badan Pengelola Pariwisata Desa Adat Bugbug) bahwa rata-rata jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan di kawasan Virgin Beach yaitu 3 karung per hari, akan tetapi jika ada event tertentu jumlah sampahnya bisa mencapai 6 karung per hari. Pencemaran tersebut merupakan permasalahan yang dapat menganggu estetika berhubung Pantai Virgin Beach merupakan tempat wisata yang dikunjungi banyak tourism mancanegara. Apapun dasar hukum dari permasalahan tersebut ada 5, yaitu Undang Undang Republik Indonesia No. 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali Nomor 5 Tahun 2011 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah , Pemerintah Provinsi Bali telah mengeluarkan Peraturan Gubernur Bali Nomor 47 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Sumber, Awig-awig Desa Adat Bugbug Pawos 31 mengatur tentang lingkungan desa yang berdasarkan falsafah Tri Hita Karana, Pararem Desa Adat Bugbug Nomor 13/PRM/DAB/V/2021 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Sumber

Spatial use control is carried out in accordance with the Spatial Plan to reduce violations. In writing this thesis, it is necessary to review the implementation of spatial use control and the constraints faced by the Bangli Regency Government in implementing it. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research. The approaches used are the legal sociology approach, the legal anthropology approach, and the legal psychology approach. The results obtained in this study are that the implementation of controlling the use of space in the ravine area is not effective and tends to be neglected. Then the obstacles faced by the Government of Bangli Regency in controlling the use of space for the rampant development in the ravine area are caused by several factors, namely legal factors, law enforcement factors, supporting facilities and facilities, community factors and cultural factors.
