Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial number of members (X1), the amount of deposits (X2), the amount of the loan (X3) and working capital (X4) against Time Results of Operations of Credit Unions in the District of North Kuta Badung (Y). This research are using secondary data.. The data was collected by study case’s method. Data processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The test results obtained of the results of the number of members, the number of deposits, the amount of working capital loans have significant effect simultaneously on Business Profits Credit Unions in the District of North Kuta Badung regency. In partial results of the number of members, the number of loans and working capital have positive and significant impact on the rest of the Results of Operations of Credit Unions in the District of North Kuta Badung regency. While the variable amount of deposits a significant negative effect on the rest of the Results of Operations of Credit Unions in the District of North Kuta Badung regency.

Abstract

Development of the industrial sector in Bali each year have significant growth, one of which is a cloth bag industry.  Cloth bags in many industries due to Denpasar Denpasar is the capital and center for domestic and international tourism destination. In general industrial cloth bag in Denpasar have several constraints such similar industries who have a strong capital still dominates in the process of marketing and production processes, intense competition, and the use of labor is not optimal, highly influential on production. This study aims to evaluate the performance of industrial cloth bag, knowing the nature of economies of scale and industrial production of cloth bags in the city of Denpasar. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the transformation of the Cobb – Douglas models.The results showed, that the industrial economies of scale in Denpasar cloth bags are increasing returns to scale. Nature fabric bag production is labor-intensive. Partial and simultaneous labor and capital significantly influence industrial production of cloth bags in the city of Denpasar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor industri merupakan salah satu diantara sektor-sektor ekonomi yang menjadi andalan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Saat ini perkembangan industri furniture di Provinsi Bali khusunya di Kota Denpasar mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat. Perkembangan antar industri furniture ini menciptakan persaingan yang kompetitif antar pengusaha. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini, antara lain untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung modal, tenaga kerja, dan nilai produski terhadap pendapatan pengusaha industri furniture di Kota Denpasar. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan proportionale stratified random sampling. Banyaknya populasi penelitian ini adalah 162 unit usaha dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 115 unit usaha yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung modal, tenaga kerja, terhadap nilai produksi dan pendapatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa variebel modal, tenaga kerja, dan nilai produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan industri furniture di Kota Denpasar. Dari perhitungan uji sobel, diketahui bahwa variabel nilai produksi memediasi variabel modal, dan tenaga kerja terhadap pendapatan industri furniture di Kota Denpasar. Kata kunci : modal, tenaga kerja, nilai produksi, pendapatan ABSTRACT The industrial sector is one of the economic sectors that is a mainstay in the Indonesian economy. At present the development of the furniture industry in Bali Province in Denpasar City is increasing. The development between the furniture industries creates competitive competition between entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study, among others, is to find out the direct effect of capital, labor, and production value on the income of furniture industry entrepreneurs in Denpasar City. The sampling method used uses proportional stratified random sampling. The number of this study is 162 business units with a total sample of 115 business units obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to find direct and indirect capital, labor, to the value of production and income. Based on the results of the study, it is known that variable capital, labor, and production value have a positive and significant effect on the income of the furniture industry in Denpasar City. From the calculation of the sobel test, it is known that the value of the production variable mediates variable capital, and labor on the income of the furniture industry in Denpasar City. Abstract

Human development is essentially the process of expanding human choices. Human Development Index is an indicator of the level of The Public Welfare. In terms of balancing funds and direct Purchasing, the purpose of administration is to increase service standards and make the public welfare become better, which can be seen from the human development index as an indicator of public welfare. Economic growth is important to maintain the welfare of the people, but the growth is not the end of the human development. The purpose this study was to determine the role of direct purchasing in moderating the influence of the balancing funds to public welfare at the regency / city in the province of Bali. This study uses secondary data sourced from Statistics Center Corporation which were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with moderating variable. The analysis result showed that the Balanced Fund positively and was significant on public welfare, direct purchasing influenced positively and was significant on Public Welfare, while direct purchasing was not a moderating variable that could determine how much a direct role in moderating the influance of balancing funds to the public welfare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jam kerja dan jenis dagangan dengan lokasi usaha sebagai variabel moderating terhadap pendapatan pedangang di Pasar Agung Peninjoan Desa Peguyangan Kangin. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pasar Agung Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan variasi variabel moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa jam kerja, jenis dagangan, lokasi usaha dan interaksi jenis dagangan dengan lokasi usaha secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan. Jam kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan pedagang. Pedagang yang menjual jenis makanan mempunyai pendapatan yang lebih tinggi dari pada pedagang yang menjual jenis non makanan. Pedagang yang berlokasi strategis tidak mempunyai perbedaan pendapatan dengan pedagang yang berlokasi tidak strategis. Lokasi usaha memoderasi variabel jenis dagangan terhadap pendapatan pedagang sehingga lokasi usaha memperkuat hubungan jenis dagangan terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Agung Peninjoan Desa Peguyangan Kangin. Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan potensi unggulan wilayah yang memiliki segenap daya tarik baik yang dapat memikat wisatawan baik domestik dan mancanegara untuk berkunjungan dan memiliki dampak positif bagi pembangunan wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, jumlah kamar hotel, dan rata-rata lama menginap secara simultan dan parsial terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap dokumen-dokumen atau sumber data yang terkait. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, jumlah kamar hotel, rata-rata lama menginap dan pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah Sarbagita, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu dalam rentang waktu sepuluh tahun. Teknik penentuan sampel secara Non Probability Sampling dengan motode Purposive Sampling, dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara, jumlah kamar hotel, dan rata-rata lama menginap secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, jumlah kamar hotel, dan rata-rata lama menginap secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di wilayah Sarbagita Provinsi Bali Kata kunci: pariwisata, kamar hotel, lama menginap, pendapatan

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah terhadap PAD dengan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel pemoderasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Bali. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah seluruh Laporan Realisasi APBD Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2013 – 2017. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis Moderated Regression Analysys untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pajak daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Pronvinsi Bali, Retribusi Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali, dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi memperkuat pengaruh Pajak daerah dan Retribus daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Bali. Abstract

The exchange rate is a very important economic indicator because the movement of the exchange rate affects the economy of a country. In the floating exchange rate system, the exchange rate tends to fluctuate, it is caused by the movement of the exchange rate which is influenced by the strength of demand and supply in the foreign exchange market. This study to analyze the influence of the number of foreign tourists visiting Indonesia, the money supply and inflation rate on the rupiah exchange rate simultaneously and partially as well as analyzing the dominant variables that affect the rupiah exchange rate. The data used are secondary data (time series) quarterly for the period 2008-2017. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the number of foreign tourists, the money supply and the inflation rate simultaneously have a significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate, the number of foreign tourists, the money supply and the inflation rate partially have a positive and significant effect on the rupiah exchange rate, the dominant variable affecting the value rupiah exchange is the money supply. Abstract

Kabupaten Badung adalah salah satu kabupaten sebagai objek wisata. Objek wisata tersebut memberikan kontribusi bagi masyarakat untuk membuka usaha kecil dengan berjualan keliling. Penelitian ini bertujuan, pertama untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, modal, dan curahan jam kerja secara langsung terhadap produktivitas kerja, kedua untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, modal, curahan jam kerja, dan produktivitas kerja secara langsung terhadap pendapatan, ketiga untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, modal, dan curahan jam kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap pendapatan melalui produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel pedagang keliling di Kabupaten Badung. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancaraa secara langsung dengan menggunakan pertanyaan berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari analisis data ini diperoleh pengalaman kerja, modal, dan curahan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dann signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Pengalaman kerja, modal, curahan jam kerja, dan produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Ada pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman kerja, modal, dan curahan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan melalui produktivitas kerja. Abstract

Traditional traders in Payangan sub-district who compete with a number of minimarkets in Payangan sub-district, this raises the problem of the difficulty of traditional stalls surviving in the midst of many modern markets or minimarkets in many places, especially in Payangan sub-district. The sample in this study used the Cochran formula with a total of 96 stall traders in Payangan District. This research uses interaction analysis analytical techniques or Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study concluded that the length of business, completeness of goods, capital, and sales turnover simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traditional warung traders in Payangan District. The length of time the business is partially positive and not significant effect, the completeness of the goods partially has a positive and significant effect, the capital partially has a positive and significant effect, the sales turnover moderates which strengthens the relationship between capital on traditional stall income in Payangan District.
