<![CDATA[ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI saja pada bayi tanpa minuman atau makanan lain, kecuali obat, suplemen vitamin dan mineral sampai berusia 6 bulan. Pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh persepsi ketidakcukupan ASI, pekerjaan, sikap, pendidikan, pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, dan peran serta tenaga kesehatan. Pengetahuan ibu merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif dapat diberikan melalui booklet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan ASI eksklusif dengan booklet pada ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-4 bulanterhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasi experimental yaitu post test only with control group design. Sampel terdiri dari 24 orang yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling, dibagi menjadi dua yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pemberian kuisioner untuk mengetahui pemberian asi eksklusif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebanyak (100%) responden pada kelompok perlakuan tetap memberikan ASI eksklusif. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hanya 33,3% yang memberikan ASI eksklusif dan (66.7%) memberikan ASI non eksklusif. Berdasarkan uji Fisher’s Exactdidapatkan nilai signifikansi p value = 0.001 dapat disimpulkan bahwa adapengaruh pendidikan ASI eksklusif dengan booklet pada ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 0-4 bulanterhadap pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kata kunci: ASI eksklusif, booklet, media ABSTRACT Exclusive breastfeeding is breastmilk administration for infant as no other food or drink, except a medicine, vitamin and mineral for 6 months of life. Exclusive breastfeeding influenced by mother’s perception of insufficient breast milk, mother’s profession, mother’s attitude, mother’s education level, knowledge, family support, and participation of health workers. Mother’s knowledge is one of the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. Information related to exclusive breastfeeding could be given by booklet. This study aims to determine the effect of exclusive breastfeeding education with a booklet for mother with infant aged 0-4 months. This study used a quasi-experimental design by post test only with control group design. 24 mothers as samples were selected by purposive sampling then divided by intervention group and control group. Data for exclusive breastfeeding behavior were collected by a questionnaire. The result of this study showed that all of respondents in the intervention group (100%) still did exclusive breastfeeding. Meanwhile, only 33% of mothers who’s done exclusive breastfeeding were showed in control group. Based on Fisher’s Exacttest, p value = 0.001, (OR: 3; CI 95%: 1.3-6.67),which mean that exclusive breastfeeding education with a booklet for mother with infant aged 0-4 months is effective for exclusive breastfeeding behavior.
