Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is how much employees contribute to the organization that is the quantity, quality, duration and output attendance absenteeism at the workplace and cooperative attitude. Employees were able to give a good performance for the company, when the company needs to consider all the factors that affect employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, teamwork and communication to employees performance at Warung Mina Branch Renon, Denpasar. This study uses the entire population as respondents as many as 55 people were listed as employees of Warung Mina Branch Renon. Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that all the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance. Kerjama team positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communications positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work discipline, and communication on employee work motivation. The research was conducted at The Jayakarta Bali Beach Resort, Residence & Spa. The population in this study were 300 permanent employees by taking samples amounting to 75 people determined by the method of proportional random sampling. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique.The result of this research is transformational leadership, work discipline, and communication have positive and significant effect to work motivation. Leaders of the company should encourage employees to be more creative dalm solve the problem of work, supervise and pay attention to employees in obey the rules set by the company and the leadership should improve communication with employees in solving work problems.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, self-efficacy, dan karakteristik peserta pelatihan terhadap transfer pelatihan.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Bali, Pesanggaran. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 62 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 12 item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda .Hasil analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, self-efficacy, dan karakteristik peserta pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap transfer pelatihan karyawan PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Bali,Pesanggaran.Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya selalu memperhatikan lingkungan kerja, self-efficacy, dan karakteristik peserta pelatihan karyawan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is the cornerstone of human resources management as it is one of the factors that determine the success of the company. Employee performance should be improved in order to provide maximum results for the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of motivation, communication and discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar. The total sample of 63 employees, with a saturated sampling method (census). Data were collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been processed, shows that all hypothesis is accepted. Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar, communication positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar and discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance Warung Mina Peguyangan in Denpasar.
