Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Climate toward employees' Organizational Commitment, to know job satisfaction of employees' Organizational Commitment Grand Sinar Indah Hotel. This research was an associative that aimed to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. This research was conducted on the employees Grand Sinar Indah Hotel. The sample were taken as many as 93 people, took the entire population (saturated sample). The analytical technique which is used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of analysis showed that Organizational Climate Variable has positive effect toward Organizational Commitment on the employees Grand Sinar Indah Hotel. Job Satisfaction has a positive effect toward Organizational Commitment on employees Grand Sinar Indah Hotel. Keywords: organizational commitment, organizational climate, job satisfaction
