Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan inklusif terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 44 karyawan pada 70° Fahrenheit Koffie Jimbaran tahun 2020. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), uji asumsi klasik, dan uji sobel. Hasil dari penelitian inimenyatakan bahwa Kepemimpinan Inklusif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Inklusif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support, dan Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu secara teoritis penelitian ini juga memberikan pemahaman bahwa kepemimpinan inklusif yang baik dan Perceived Organizational Support secara nyata dapat meningkatkan perilaku inovatif karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on employee innovative behavior mediated by Perceived Organizational Support. The population of this research is 44 employees at 70 ° Fahrenheit Koffie Jimbaran in 2020. This study uses a saturated sampling method and data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques in this study were path analysis, classical assumption test, and sobel test. The results of this study state that Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Innovative Behavior, Inclusive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Employee Innovative Behavior. The implication of this research is that theoretically this research also provides an understanding that good inclusive leadership and Perceived Organizational Support can significantly increase the innovative behavior of employees.
