Abstract

Lembaga Perkreditan Desa merupakan lembaga yang diharapkan dapat menyokong perekonomian di pedesaan di Indonesia. Melihat peran yang begitu penting, sedangkan pertumbuhan kinerja LPD di kabupaten Tabanan yang mulai mengalami penurunan dan bahkan jumlah LPD macet bertambah sehingga penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui risiko-risiko yang mempengaruhi kinerja lpd di Kabupaten Tabanan. Risiko yang dihadapi LPD dalam penelitian ini adalah risiko-risiko yang kuantitatif artinya bisa dihitung. Jadi penelitian ini berusaha mengetahui pengaruh risiko-risiko (risiko kredit, risiko likuiditas, dan risiko operasional) terhadap kinerja LPD yang dalam hal ini dilihat dari kinerja LPD di Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi liner berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Tahun penelitian berada pada rentang 2011-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Risiko likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Risiko operasional bengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD.

Abstract

Pembangunan nasional adalah proses pembangunan seluruh sistem pemerintahan suatu negara untuk mewujudkan tujuan nasional yang tercantum dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja keuangan daerah dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan wilayah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas (rasio kinerja keuangan daerah seperti rasio kemandirian, rasio efektivitas, rasio efisiensi, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan), dan variabel terikat (pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan daerah). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM PLS. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan menggunakan data sekunder. Studi dilaksanakan di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali dengan periode penelitian 2013-2019. Sumber data berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik berupa data sekunder berupa APBD dan PDRB kabupaten/kota di seluruh Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio kemandirian dan rasio efisiensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan t-statistik > 1,96 sedangkan rasio efektivitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan tidak signifikan dengan t-statistik < 1,96. hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan ketimpangan wilayah tidak signifikan dengan h t-statistik < 1,96. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada pemerintah dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai pertumbuhan ekonomi dan ketimpangan wilayah. Dalam mewujudkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mengurangi ketimpangan daerah, pemerintah kabupaten/kota perlu meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah yang dapat mengurangi ketergantungan daerah kepada pusat dan meningkatkan kinerja dalam mengelola aset daerah (belanja daerah) dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Background:  Low Back Pain (LBP) is a clinical syndrome that manifests in the form of pain in the 12th rib area and the gluteal folds. Globally, 60% of LBP sufferers are related to work that involves lifting heavy loads. Sandbag-lifters and lifting goods on the top of the head (suun) workers are at risk of suffering from LBP, therefore this connection needs to be investigated further. Aims : This study aims to examine the correlation between occupation, especially lifting sandbags and suun workers with the LBP event among manual laborers in Kumbasari Market, Karangasem, Bali.Method: This study is an observational analytical study using a cross sectional approach. Data were taken using a primary source through the Modified Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability’ questionnaire answers.Result : Totally, there are 50 manual laborers who voluntarily join the study which consist of  25 sandbag lifting workers and 25 suun workers. Respondents’ age ranged According to Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement, most of them (60%) are overweight. In general, 74% manual laborers experienced LBP with the sandbag lifting workers having a higher percentage compared to suun workers (92% vs 56%). Chi-square analysis shows that male gender (r=0.395; p=0.005)., age < 33.6 years old (r=0.296; p=0.037) and working as a sandbag lifter (r=0.633; p=0.000) are correlated with the LBP event.Conclusion : Working as a sandbag lifting workers is correlated with LBP. The other factors that are correlated as well are younger age and male gender. Further longitudinal study needs to be done to assess the risk of LBP.  Latar Belakang: Latar Belakang: Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan sindrom klinis yang bermanifestasi berupa nyeri di daerah rusuk ke-12 dan lipatan gluteal. Secara global, 60% penderita LBP berhubungan dengan pekerjaan yang melibatkan mengangkat beban berat. Pekerja pengangkat karung pasir dan pengangkat barang di atas kepala (suun) pekerja berisiko menderita LBP, oleh karena itu keterkaitan ini perlu diteliti lebih lanjut.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pekerjaan khususnya pekerja angkat karung pasir dan pekerja suun dengan kejadian LBP pada tenaga kerja manual di Pasar Kumbasari, Karangasem, Bali.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data menggunakan sumber primer melalui jawaban kuesioner Modified Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability.Hasil: Total ada 50 pekerja manual yang secara sukarela mengikuti studi yang terdiri dari 25 pekerja pengangkut karung pasir dan 25 pekerja suun. Rentang umur responden berdasarkan pengukuran Body Mass Index (BMI), sebagian besar (60%) mengalami kegemukan. Secara umum 74% pekerja manual mengalami LBP dengan persentase pekerja pengangkat karung pasir lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pekerja suun (92% vs 56%). Analisis chi-square menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin laki-laki (r = 0,395; p = 0,005)., Usia <33,6 tahun (r = 0,296; p = 0,037) dan bekerja sebagai pengangkat karung pasir (r = 0,633; p = 0,000) berkorelasi dengan acara LBP.Kesimpulan: Bekerja sebagai pekerja pengangkut karung pasir berhubungan dengan LBP. Faktor lain yang berkorelasi juga adalah usia yang lebih muda dan jenis kelamin laki-laki. Studi longitudinal lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk menilai risiko LBP.

Abstract

Growth in the number of LPDs is not followed by the amount of profit growth. There has been a decline in profit from 2020 to 2021. The decline in assets occurred by 3 percent until December 2020 compared to 2019. Meanwhile, in 2021 the decline in assets was 0.02 percent compared to 2021. A total of 130 LPDs were recorded as no longer operating. Until 2022, there are 36 LPDs experiencing legal problems due to a lack of employee integrity. This study was conducted to find answers to the question of how the influence of transformational leadership on employee integrity in LPDs in the Bali region. This study designed a quantitative approach. Quantitative analysis using structural equation model with PLS. The research was conducted in LPDs in nine regencies/cities in Bali Province with 1,437 units. The findings of this study are that the role of leadership in improving employee integrity is very important. Leadership acts as a driving force for employees so that employee integrity can be applied optimally in LPD. In building employee integrity, leaders must have a firm and straightforward commitment to support employees to apply good integrity in providing services to villagers, so that LPD can continue to develop sustainably, and employees have a sincere dedication to serving villagers.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing as part of the source of knowledge, especially tacit knowledge, is the most transparent and subjective form of knowledge, an important driver for maintaining a competitive position and organizational sustainability. Reluctance to share knowledge is seen as unethical, which can hamper the survival of an organization. This knowledge provides human resources with qualified, superior, and long-term survival capabilities. This study aims to examine the antecedents and mediators of Tacit knowledge sharing. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 393 MSMEs in Bali Province. The sample collection method used the Solvin formula and simple random sampling to obtain 389 samples. Respondents are management, with a Likert scale questionnaire research instrument 1-5. Analysis using PLS-SEM and processed with SmartPLS 2.0 software. The results of the study show that tacit knowledge sharing has an effect on interpersonal and trust in co-workers, with the mediator variable being trusted in co-workers. This research implies communication creates effectiveness and time efficiency so as to increase trust and encourage the intention to cooperate and share knowledge secretly.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the influence of organizational climate (OC) on individual innovative behavior (IIB) and examine the role of individual creativity (IC) as mediation in the concstruction of proposed relationships. This study involved 88 healthcare worker at Klungkung General Hospital. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale. The sampling method employed was non-probability based predefined criteria. Data analysis was done through a structural equation moedel (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The result indicate that OC and IC positively and significantly impact IIB. Additionaly, OC has a positive and significant impact on IC. Meanwhlie, IC acted as a partial mediation in the relationship between OC on IIB. Research on the impact of organizational climate on individual creativity and individual innovative behavior has primarily centered around the private sector. However, the organizational climate within public service entities, especially in healthcare, remains relatively unexplored. This presents a significant knowledge gap that merits further investigation. This research serves as a reference for formulating policy recommendations by hospital management regarding policies aimed at promoting an organizational climate that supports individual creativity and individual innovative behavior.

Abstract

Determinant performance innovation can varies depending on context organization or industry certain. Many factors decider performance involving innovation combination internal and external aspects. Companies or organizations that succeed at innovation can often combine some or all of these factors to create an environment that supports the development and implementation of new ideas. This research aims to conduct a literature review study of company innovation performance. This research uses the literature study method to determine the measurement of company innovation performance of 56 articles related to innovation performance and its determining factors. The research was carried out by comprehensively identifying and conceptualizing the determinant framework for innovation performance in terms of (1) Innovativeness and attributes; (2) The impact of Ambidextrous Leadership On innovation performance; (3) Impact of knowledge management strategy on innovation performance; (4) The impact of creative self-efficacy on innovation performance; and (5) Conceptualization of determinants and their impact on innovation performance. The research results found that a company's ability to dynamically manage its resources is the main key to improving company performance. Thus, companies must have effective strategies in managing their resources and facing changes in the business environment to remain competitive.

Abstract

This study developed an integrated research model to examine the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Sense of Community, Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB), and Pararem on business sustainability within Village Credit Institution (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa—LPD) in Bali. The research was driven by the need to explore how leadership dynamics, organizational culture, and traditional Balinese regulations influence the sustainability of community-based financial institutions. A qualitative approach was employed using content analysis of academic literature sourced through the Google Scholar database. The analysis was grounded in dynamic capability theory, leader-member exchange theory, and social exchange theory to explain how internal and cultural mechanisms affect business continuity. The results indicated that high-quality LMX and a strong sense of community played a crucial role in reducing CWB. Furthermore, adherence to Pararem—a traditional Balinese regulatory framework—reinforced organizational discipline and cohesion, contributing positively to long-term sustainability. The study provided theoretical contributions by bridging Western organizational theories with local cultural practices. It also offered practical implications for LPD leaders and policymakers in enhancing governance structures and promoting ethical conduct. By synthesizing cross-disciplinary perspectives, this research underscored the importance of integrating formal leadership strategies with indigenous values to strengthen institutional resilience in the Balinese context.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berkontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian daerah, terutama dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan pemerataan pendapatan. Data Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Bali Tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Badung mengalami penurunan jumlah UMKM, meskipun pemerintah aktif mendukung program inovasi namun fakta di lapangan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan praktik knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh knowledge sharing dan transformational  leadership terhadap innovative work behavior pada UMKM sektor perdagangan di Kabupaten Badung. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari karyawan UMKM sektor perdagangan dengan Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha (KBLI) 96990 Aktivitas Jasa Perorangan di Kecamatan Kuta Utara. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, berjumlah 175 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, path analysis, uji Sobel, dan VAF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, baik secara langsung maupun melalui knowledge sharing sebagai variabel mediasi. Artinya, kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mendorong budaya berbagi pengetahuan yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan perilaku inovatif dalam bekerja. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh UMKM sektor perdagangan di Kabupaten Badung dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang berfokus pada kepemimpinan dan berbagi pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan inovasi kerja, daya saing, dan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.   Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the regional economy by generating employment and supporting income distribution. Despite the government's continuous efforts to promote innovation, data from the Bali Province Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in 2023 reveals a decline in the number of MSMEs in Badung Regency. This indicates a gap in effective knowledge-sharing practices among MSMEs, especially in the trade sector. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge sharing and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior in MSMEs located in North Kuta District, specifically those under the Standard Business Classification (KBLI) 96990 – Individual Service Activities. A purposive sampling method was used to select 175 respondents. Analytical methods employed include multiple regression, classical assumption testing, path analysis, sobel test, and Variance Accounted For (VAF). The findings show that transformational leadership positively influences innovative work behavior, both directly and through knowledge sharing as a mediating factor.
