Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perceived behavior control nasabah LPD terhadap Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) pada Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). Rancangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yakni data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner kemudian diolah dan dideskriptifkan sehingga mendapatkan hasil yakni terkait dengan bagaimana Perceived behavior control nasabah LPD kalau nantinya LPD di Bali pada umumnya dan LPD di Kecamatan Ubud pada khusunya memberikan layanan berupa automatic teller machine (ATM). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, sebelum digunakan kuesioner terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah LPD di Kecamatan Ubud, dalam penelitian ini mengambil dari 32 LPD yang ada di kecamatan ubud. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Non- Probability Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Dari 32 LPD peneliti mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 sampel di setiap LPD, jadi total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 320. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Perceived Behavioral Control nasabah terhadap automatic teller machine (ATM) pada lembaga perkreditan desa (LPD) berada pada kaetgori ‘sangat setuju’ hal ini menunjukan bahwa kalua seandainya nanti LPD memberikan fasilatas berupa layanan Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) akan membuat nasabah menjadi lebih praktis untuk melakukan transaksi terutama dalam melakukan penarikan tunai. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga perajin bambu di Desa Tigawasa, (2) pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kesejahteraam keluarga perajin bambu di Desa Tigawasa, (3) pengaruh pendapatan dan pendidikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga perajin bambu di Desa Tigawasa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keluarga perajin bambu sebanyak 294 keluarga perajin bambu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 keluarga perajin bambu. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sedangkan analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga secara parsial, kemudian terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga secara parsial,dan pendapatan dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of technology on the productivity of clove farmers in Desa Munduk Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng, (2) the effect of work motivation on the productivity of clove farmers in Desa Munduk Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng, (3) the effect of technology and work motivation on the productivity of clove farmers in Desa Munduk Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng. The population in this study were clove farmers in Desa Munduk Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Buleleng, especially land owners totaling 564 farmers. The sampling technique with a sample size of 122 farmers. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple liniear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of technology on the productivity of clove farmers partially, (2) there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on the productivity of clove farmers partially, (3) technology and work motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the productivity of clove farmers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out various things about (1)The influence of business  capital on income among vegetable traders in the traditional market  of Kuta Badung District (2) the influence  of marketing on income among  vegetable traders in the traditional market of Kuta Badung District. (3) the influence of the business capital and the marketing strategy to the income of the vegetable trader  on the traditional market of Kuta Badung District. The population in this study were vegetable traders in the traditional market of Kuta Badung District. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample size of 100 vegetable traders. Data collection methods used questionnaires and were analyzed using multiple linear regression .The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of business capital on vegetable traders' income partially, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of marketing on vegetable traders' income partially, (3) business capital and marketing simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on vegetable traders' income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of time management and peer support on the motivation to complete final assignments among students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal design. The population of this study consisted of students from the Faculty of Economics, with a total sample of 104 participants. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that: (1) time management has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to complete final assignments; (2) peer support has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to complete final assignments; and (3) simultaneously, time management and peer support have a positive and significant effect on students’ motivation to complete their final assignments. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for both students and academic stakeholders in improving effective and efficient strategies for completing their studies.

Abstract

The study aims to determine (1) The influence of Accessibility on Tourists’ Intention to Revisit Tourist Attractions in Kintamani District, (2) The influence of Price on Tourists’ Intention to Revisit Tourist Attractions in Kintamani District, (3) The influence of Accessibility and Price on Tourists’ Intention to Revisit Tourist Attractions in Kintamani District. The population of this study consists of all tourists in Kintamani District at least once, both local and international tourists. The sampling technique used in this study is the non-probability sampling technique, with a sample size of 119 tourists. The data collection method used is a questionnaire and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the date processing show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of accessibility on Tourists’ Intention to Revisit, (2) there is positive and significant influence of Price on Tourists, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of Acessibility and Price on Tourists’ Interest in Revisiting.
