Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn pada siswa kelas VIII C di SMP N 3 Singaraja, (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS dalam mata pelajaran PKn untuk meningkatkan sikap sosial siswa kelas VIII C di SMP N 3 Singaraja, (3) Untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelajaran PKn dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Times Games Tournaments (TGT) dengan berbantuan LKS. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, dimana peneliti sebagai guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan penelitian, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII C SMP N 3 Singaraja dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang. Data hasil belajar dan sikap sosial dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif kemudian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil peneliti menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VIII C SMP N 3 Singaraja. Pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar PKn sebesar 66,97%. Sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar PKn siswa sebesar 77,22%. (2) untuk sikap sosial siswa terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Times Games Tournaments (TGT) berbantuan LKS pada siklus I diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 68,56%, sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 84,89% dengan kategori positif. Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournaments (TGT), Hasil Belajar PKn dan Sikap Sosial siswa. ABSTRACT The parposes of this study were : (1) to find out the implementation of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning assisted with student’s worksheet in increasing the student’s learning result in citizenship for the VIII grade student’s at SMP N 3 Singaraja, (2) To find out the implementation of the cooperative learning type of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) assisted with stident’s worksheet to increase the student’s social behavior for VIII grade students at SMP N 3 Singaraja, (3) To find out the difficulties face in implementing Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) learning assisted with student’s worksheet in citizenship. This study was a classroom action rescarch wish was done in two cycles, where the rescharcer acted as the teacher in the teaching and learning process. Every cyclesconsisted of the planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study was the students in VIII C class at SMP N 3 Singaraja with 35 students consisted in one class. The data if the student’s learning result and social behavior was analyzed with the descriptive quantitative method and then the result would be submitted with questionnaire. The result of the study showed that : (1) the result of the students’ learning for the VIII C students at SMP N 3 Singaraja had increased. In cycle I the average of the students’ learning result in citizenship was 66,97%. Meanwhile, in cycle II the average of the students’ result in citizenship was 77,22%, (2) the average of the students’ social behavior on the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) assisted with student’s worksheet in cycle I was 68,59%, while the average of the students’ social behavior in cycle II was 84,89% with positive category. keyword : Keywords : Learning model Teams Games Tournaments (TGT), outcomes civics and social attitudes of students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program sertifikasi guru pada guru PKn di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (2) mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi guru PKn terhadap profesionalisme guru dengan adanya implementasi program sertifikasi guru di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; dan (3) menganalisis solusi terhadap permasalahan yang di hadapi guru PKn sehubungan dengan profesionalisme guru di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para guru PKn yang sudah bersertifikasi yang berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, pencatatan dokumen, dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) implementasi program sertifikasi guru di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja sudah berjalan dengan baik dimana sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap sikap profesionalisme guru PKn yang tercermin dari adanya peningkatan kinerja guru; (2) kendala yang dihadapi guru PKn di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja yaitu penyediaan fasilitas pendidikan yang masih terbatas seperti LCD; masalah terhadap administrasi penilaian siswa sebagai implikasi dari penerapan kurikulum 2013. (3) analisis solusi terhadap kendala yang terjadi yaitu : sekolah dapat mengupayakan pemenuhan kebutuhan fasilitas pendidikan yang memadai dan relevan dengan pembelajaran terkini secara bertahap melalui perencanaan, pengeloalaan dan pemanfaatan dana yang tersedia, baik dari swadaya atau subsidi pemerintah; penyediaan tenaga TI professional untuk memberikan pelatihan guna membantu guru yang masih kesulitan mengerjakan administrasi penilaian siswa karena kendala pengoprasian ICT; perlunya pengaturan intensitas pertemuan MGMP PKn secara rutin, guna membangun komunikasi yang efektif antar guru mata pelajaran PKn. Kata Kunci : Guru PKn, Program Sertifikasi Guru, Profesionalisme Guru The aims of this study are: (1) to find out how the implementation of the teacher certification program to the Civics teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (2) to identify the constraints faced by Civic teachers toward teacher professionalism with the implementation of teacher certification program at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; and (3) analyze the solutions to the problems that the Civic teachers often found in the relation of teachers professionalism at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The subjects of this research were 3 Civics teachers who are already certified. This study used observation, interview, and record-keeping when collecting the data, and then the data were analyzed descriptively. This study found that; (1) the implementation of the teacher certification program at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja has been done well and the certification is affecting the Civics teacher professionalism which reflected in the improvement of teacher performance; (2) the problems that Civics teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja often faced is the educational facilities supplies that are still limited such as the LCD and the administration of student assessments problems as the affect of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. (3) The Solution to problems that occur are: the school should be able to plan and manage the school budget either from governmental or government subsidies for gradually fulfilling the supply of educational facilities which relevant with the recent learning program; The provision of professionals IT to provide training for helping the teachers who are still working on the administration of student assessments difficulties because of the application of ICT program; the management of regular meeting of the Civics MGMPs, in order to establish effective communication among teachers of Civics. keyword : Civics Teacher, Teacher Certification Program, Teacher Professionalism

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengembangan sikap disiplin peserta didik melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (2) Mengetahui pengembangan sikap kepemimpinan peserta didik melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (3) Mengetahui kendala – kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan sikap disiplin dan sikap kepemimpinan peserta didik melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja, serta alternatif penyelesaian masalahnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Subjek penelitian adalah pengurus OSIS kelas X, XI, dan XII. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja terdapat kegiatan OSIS yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan pengembangan sikap disiplin peserta didik dalam upaya untuk pembentukan sikap yang berkarakter; (2) Di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja terdapat kegiatan OSIS yang memiliki relevansi dengan pengembangan sikap kepemimpinan peserta didik melalui kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa; (3) Terdapat berbagai kendala-kendala yang ditemui dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan OSIS di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan OSIS menjadi terganggu, namun dengan adanya tata tertib sebagai acuan siswa untuk mengurangi pelanggaran yang dilakukan dan bertanggung jawab atas kesalahan yang dibuat, pembinaan yang intensif dan secara berkala bagi peserta didik, dan melakukan sosialiasi menyeluruh kepada setiap siswa termasuk pengurus OSIS untuk memberikan pemahaman bahwa OSIS sebagai organisasi yang sah di sekolah dan bukan organisasi yang bersifat ilegal. Sehingga OSIS perlu dihargai dan dihormati oleh siswa lainnya serta OSIS berperan penting untuk kemajuan sekolah.Kata Kunci : Sikap Disiplin, Sikap Kepemimpinan, OSIS This research was aimed: (1) to finding out the role of OSIS activity in students’ discipline attitude development at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (2) to finding out the role of OSIS activity in students’ leadership attitude development at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (3) to finding out the students’ problems faced on the role of OSIS activity in students’ discipline attitude development and students’ leadership attitude development at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja with the problem solved alternative. This research used field research. This research located at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. The subject of this research was OSIS board in X, XI, and XII class. The sample was taken with random sampling technique. The research instruments were used by observation, interview, and documentation method. The data was analyzed used by descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the research showed: (1) there were character formation attitude in the OSIS activity which had role in students’ discipline attitude development at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (2) there were students’ leadership basis practice in the OSIS activity which had role in students’ leadership attitude development at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja; (3) there were various problems in the implementation of OSIS activity with the result that disturbed the OSIS activity, however, in the manner of the role as a references of the students to minimized the infraction and be responsible to the students’ mistake, the intensive founding and done the comprehending socialization to whole of the students included the OSIS to conferred the comprehension that OSIS as a valid organization in the school with the result that OSIS need to care and respect by the other students along with OSIS have an importance role to school advancement. keyword : Discipline attitude, Leadership attitude, OSIS
