Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit tuberkulosis merupakan masalah kesehatan global. Konversi BTA merupakan prediktor awal keberhasilan pengobatan TB. Semakin cepat waktu konversi maka akan semakin rendah penularan penyakit TB Paru. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menganalisis keteraturan berobat dan kecepatan konversi BTA pada penderita TB Paru. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods designs dengan melakukan survey dan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan utama (2 orang penderita TB paru yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi) dan informan kunci (PMO, petugas P2TB dan wakil supervisor TB masing-masing 1 orang). Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dan disajikan dengan metode triangulasi sumber. Hasil: Pertama, BTA penderita sudah mengalami konversi setelah 2 minggu mengkonsumsi OAT. Kedua, penderita teratur mengkonsumsi OAT selama menjalani pengobatan tahap intensif. Ketiga, penderita tidak pernah lupa mengkonsumsi obatnya. Obat yang diberikan oleh petugas selalu habis tepat waktu. Kesimpulan: Penderita yang teratur mengkonsumsi OAT dapat mengalami konversi BTA dalam waktu 2 minggu pengobatan. Semakin cepat waktu konversi BTA, maka akan mempercepat proses penyembuhan penyakit dan meminimalkan risiko penularan. Perlunya penggunaan alarm dan peran aktif keluarga untuk menjaga keteraturan berobat penderita TB paru.Kata kunci: Konversi BTA, Keteraturan berobat, OAT, Fase Intensif, TB Paru

Abstract

Reproductive health in Indonesia is a problem that needs attention. Indonesia is a country with the second highest number of young marriages in ASEAN. In order to achieve a happy home life, the bride and groom (catin) need to follow guidance. This study aims to find out various counseling methods that are effective for increasing the knowledge of prospective brides (catin) in Indonesia. This research is a literature review study that reviews various research journals. Data obtained from secondary data taken from 7 previous research journals. The results showed that of the 7 journals there were similarities, namely that there was a significant influence on catin knowledge by holding reproductive health counseling.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a world public health problem. This study aims to determine the relationship between obesity and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Indonesia. A systematic review and meta-analysis were carried out on case control studies published in the google scholar database. Data processed using RevMan 5.4. Pooled odds ratio (OR) is calculated by fixed effect models. Meta-analysis results showed that there was a significant relationship between obesity and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (p = 0.00001, OR 4.99, 95% CI 3.58-6.96)). There is a significant relationship between obesity and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Obese people have a 4.99 times greater risk of suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus in the case group than the control group. The public is expected to manage their obesity so that they can reduce the risk of suffering from diabetes mellitus
