<![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas konflik internal PDI Perjuangan saat pelaksanaan Kongres II di Bali tahun 2005. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam artikel ini menyangkut beberapa faktor penyebab konflik internal, proses konflik antara PDI Perjuangan dengan Gerakan Pembaharuan serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari terbentuknya PDP terhadap hasil perolehan suara PDI Perjuangan pada Pemilu 2009. Sumber penulisan yang menjadi dasar pembahasan dalam artikel ini berasal dari buku bacaan, surat kabar serta hasil wawancara dengan sumber primer dan sekunder.Setelah gagal menuntut hasil Kongres II, Gerakan Pembaharuan PDI Perjuangan membentuk PDP untuk bersaing di Pemilu 2009, namun hanya memperoleh kurang dari 1% suara. Selain itu PDI Perjuangan juga mengalami penurunan suara, bahkan tidak mempu mengusung Megawati kembali sebagai presiden. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan oligarki politik berdampak pada proses konflik internal yang berakibat pada perpecahan partai dan kemerosotan suara hasil pemilu. Kata kunci: Oligarki, konflik, perpecahan. ABSTRACT This article discusses the internal conflict of PDI Perjuangan during the implementation of Congres II in Bali, 2005. The problems investigated in this article are: factors causing internal conflict, the conflict process between PDI Perjuangan with Gerakan Pembaharuan as well as the impact of PDP formation on the voting results of PDI Perjuangan in the 2009 election. The sources which become the basis of discussion are books, newspapers and interview results with primary and secondary sources. After failing to prosecute the results of Congres II, Gerakan Pembaharuan PDI Perjuangan formed PDP to compete in the 2009 election, but only gaining less than 1% of the voters. In addition, PDI Perjuangan also got a decreasing number of voters and was unable to promote Megawati as a president once more. This article showed that the existence of a political oligarchy had impact on the process of internal conflict that caused the disintegration of the party the decline in number of voters in the election.
