<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul” Persepsi Guru terhadap Kinerja Komite Sekolah di Gugus Manggis BandaAceh”. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah Persepsi Guruterhadap Kinerja Komite Sekolah di Gugus Manggis B.Aceh dan tujuan penelitian ini adalahuntuk mengetahui Persepsi Guru terhadap Kinerja Komite Sekolah di Gugus Manggis B.Aceh,Subjek Penelitian sebanyak 6 orang guru yang dipilih melalui teknik Purposive sampling.Pendekatan yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakanjenis penelitian deskriptif, kemudian menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi untukmengumpulkan data, data di analisis dengan reduksi data, kemudian penyajian data dandisimpulkan. Penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kinerja komitesekolah selama ini adalah tidak maksimal, komite sekolah menurut persepsi guru jarangdatang ke sekolah apabila ada rapat atau acara besar dan penerimaan murid awal tahun,barulah komite sekolah akan hadir dan ikut berandil sehingga komite tidak memahamibagaimana keadaan dan perkembangan sekolah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerjakomite sekolah yang selama ini berlangsung tidak maksimal dan tidak sesuai dengan apa yangtertulis dalam Kepmendiknas nomor: 044/U/2002, komite sekolah selama ini kurang aktif dalamberbagai bidang seperti pemberian pertimbangan dalam pembangunan sekolah, pengontrolan,pemberian dukungan, dan mediator terhadap sekolah, perhatian serta komunikasi komite sekolahterhadap sekolahpun sangat kurang, sehingga arah dan tujuan sekolah tidak tercapai denganbaik, karena tidak adanya kerjasama yang baik antara komite sekolah, masyarakat dengansekolah.This research entitled “Teacher Perceptions on School Committee Performance in Banda AcehMangosteen Cluster”. The formulation of the problem in this study is How Teacher Perceptionson the Performance of School Committee in Manggis B.Aceh Cluster and the purpose of thisstudy is to know the Perception of Teachers to School Committee Performance in ManggisB.Aceh Cluster, Research Subject of 6 teachers selected by technique Purposive sampling. Theapproach used in this research is qualitative approach and using descriptive research type, thenusing interview and documentation technique to collect data, data in analysis with data reduction,then presentation of data and concluded. This study provides information that teachers ‘perceptionsof school committee performance so far are not maximal, school committees according toteachers’ perceptions rarely come to school if there is a meeting or big event and acceptance ofstudents beginning of the year, then the school committee will attend and contribute so that thecommittee does not understand how the school situation and progress. The conclusions of thisstudy are the performance of school committees that have been not maximized and not inaccordance with what is written in Kepmendiknas number: 044 / U / 2002, school committee hasbeen less active in various fields such as giving consideration in school construction, controlling,support and mediation of the school, the attention and communication of the school committeeto the school is very poor, so the direction and purpose of the school is not well achieved,because there is no good cooperation between the school committee, the community and theschool.]]>
