Abstract

Redenomination can be understood as sanering which can cause significant economic turmoil. This understanding affects the way of view or public perception of government policy in implementing its policies. Differences in perception or perspective are known as Rashomon effects. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Rashomon effects on government policies regarding redenomination and sanering. The sample of this study consisted of 133 respondents. Samples are determined by stratified random sampling techniques and data collection using directly distributed questionnaires. The method of data analysis is a simple linear regression. The results showed that the Rashomon effect had a significantly positive effect on redenomination and sanering. The greater the difference in understanding redenomination and sanering, the greater the public's misperception in supporting government policy and will have an impact on public readiness for government policies to simplify the Rupiah value. The implication is that the government and Bank Indonesia must disseminate to the public about the redenomination and sanering policies intensively and consistently to provide clear information to the public.JEL Classification: G31, G32, G34DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jkdp.v23i1.2533

Abstract

In the digital age, technology affects all aspects of life, including marketing. The digital age gives marketers a new perspective and makes it easier to learn about consumer-friendly products, brands, strategies and services. Digitalization enables personal communication and reaches large groups of consumers. It helps with online advertising, video sharing, mobile phones, web apps and online services. This research investigates the impact of digital marketing and influencer endorsement on the acquisition of Scarlett Whitening products. The analysis use multiple linear regression. Digital marketing exerts minimal influence on consumer purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening, as other factors, including unsuitable products and strategies, must be taken into account. Conversely, influencer endorsement significantly impacts consumer awareness, as testimonials from influencers effectively convey that Scarlett Whitening is the superior product.

The research method used is quantitative data with a population consisting of all employees of the Manado Branch of BPJS Kesehatan, totaling 30 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was then processed using SPSS software. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that all indicators were valid and reliable. Linearity, normality, simple linear regression, and F and t tests were carried out to analyze the data. Normality, linearity, and simple linear regression tests showed that Transformational Leadership had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 82.9% indicates that most of the variation in Employee Performance is explained by the Transformational Leadership variable. In conclusion, Transformational Leadership plays an important role in improving Employee Performance in this organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality on patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. The research employs a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, which is service quality, and the dependent variable, which is patient satisfaction. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the research instruments. The validity test results indicated that all questionnaire items were valid, with calculated r-values greater than the r-table values, while the reliability test showed that the instrument was reliable, with a Cronbach's Alpha value greater than 0.6. The regression analysis demonstrated a significant positive relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.362 and an R² value of 0.131, meaning that 13.1% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The F-test results indicated that the regression model is significant, with an F-value of 14.774 and a p-value of 0.000, suggesting that service quality significantly influences patient satisfaction. From this analysis, it can be concluded that an improvement in service quality will significantly enhance patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. This research implies that policies considering service quality factors can effectively increase patient satisfaction, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the hospital.
