Abstract

INTISARIIndonesia adalah negara kepulauan dengan perbandingan jumlah laut dengan daratan hampir sebanding. Wilayah perairan yang dihuni berbagai macam jenis ikan, menjadikan Indonesia berpotensi dalam mengembangkan dan menjadikan Pelabuhan Pendarataan ikan sebagai bagian investasi kelautan perikanan untuk meningkatkan pereokonomian masyarakat. Potensi perikanan di wilayah Sulawesi dikembangkan menjadi salah satu sektor ekonomi unggulan. Kementrian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia, Menjelaskan bahwa Provinsi Gorontalo dapat dijadikan  sebagai basis produksi ikan dengan membuat 4 (empat) kawasan minapolitan yang meliputi, Kota Gorontalo, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, Kabupaten Boalemo, dan Kabupaten Pohuwato. Pendapatan hasil laut yang sangat melimpah di Provinsi Gorontalo sebagai daerah investasi sudah selayaknya melakukan perubahaan dalam memaksimalkan produksi terhadap potensi hasil laut Metodologi yang diterapkan dalam penyususnan adalah pengumpulan data baik data sekunder maupun data primer yang dapat menunjang proses penyususnan acuan Perancangan pelabuhan pendaratan ikan di Kota  Gorontalo. kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode analisa berupa analisa tapak dan analisa bangunan. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan maka hasil yang diperoleh perancangan Perancangan pelabuhan pendaratan ikan di Kota  Gorontalo yaitu mengonsepkan pendekataan arsitektur modern yang memadukan dan mengaitkan antara konsep arsitektur yang modern dan terbaru yang memperhatikan aspek lingkungan serta memenuhi fasilitas yang menunjang nelayan dan pengunjung serta mewadahi kegiataan yang bergerak di sektor perikanan baik dalam pemasaran hasil tangkapan,  maupun kegiataan eksportir. Kata Kunci: Pelabuhan Pendaratan Ikan di kota gorontalo, Perikanan, Arsitekture Modern.

Abstract

The design of Lecturer Housing for Campus 4 Gorontalo State University is a strategic necessity in line with the expansion of educational institutions and the increasing number of educators requiring adequate and proximate housing. The primary objective of this research is to produce a lecturer housing design that is not only adaptive and sustainable, but also harmonized with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Bone Bolango Regency. The research methodology encompasses a comprehensive site analysis, examining aspects such as climate conditions, topography, vegetation patterns, infrastructure and utility networks, ambient noise levels, and site accessibility. Furthermore, a zoning and spatial relationship study was conducted to determine effective space allocation based on the principles of tropical architecture and green building practices. The findings of the study highlight that a north-south building orientation significantly reduces heat absorption, while the integration of cross-ventilation strategies enhances natural airflow and thermal comfort. Spatial zoning into public, semi-public, private, and service areas allows for organized layouts and promotes social interaction among residents. Sustainability is reinforced through the application of green architectural technologies, including the use of green concrete, lightweight steel frameworks, solar energy panels, as well as integrated waste-water management systems that separate black water and grey water. Landscaping elements, both softscape and hardscape, are utilized to enhance aesthetics while supporting ecological balance and rainwater absorption. This design proposal contributes to the broader discourse of sustainable tropical housing and may serve as a replicable model for future lecturer housing projects in similar regional contexts. It emphasizes the importance of environmentally responsive, cost-efficient, and socially supportive residential architecture.

Abstract

Gorontalo Province has abundant freshwater resources, yet lacks integrated and sustainable aquaculture facilities. This article presents the conceptual design of a Freshwater Fish Aquaculture Center in Gorontalo Province as a response to this condition, applying Ecological Architecture as the primary design approach. The designed area accommodates various activities including freshwater fish cultivation, education, tourism, as well as research and development of fisheries technology. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through literature studies, field observations, interviews, and precedent studies. The design results show that the area can be divided into four main zones: the aquaculture zone, education zone, tourism zone, and supporting zone. The ecological approach is realized through the use of natural lighting and ventilation, environmentally friendly materials, an integrated water management system, and the maximization of green open spaces. This design is expected to increase fisheries productivity while promoting community empowerment through educational activities and environmentally sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Public transportation terminals play a crucial role in supporting the land transportation system, particularly in terms of user mobility, inter-regional connectivity, and the provision of public services. Terminal Bonawang, located in Kotamobagu City, is a Type B terminal that recorded a passenger growth of approximately 6.3% between 2017 and 2021. However, this growth was not accompanied by a proportional improvement in facilities and infrastructure, necessitating a comprehensive redesign to address these challenges. This study aims to redesign Terminal Bonawang using High-Tech architectural principles to accommodate the increasing number of users while improving the quality of transportation services. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collection through literature review, field observation, and comparative studies. Findings indicate that the application of High-Tech architecture through the exploration of exposed structural elements, the use of modern materials, and the integration of information technology systems can optimally support terminal functions. This redesign is expected to serve as a solution to existing problems and become a model for a future terminal that is efficient, flexible, and user-comfort-centered.
