<![CDATA[Abstrak Peningkatan penggunaan sistem teknologi informasi sudah menyentuh hampir semua bidang dan manfaatnya sudah cukup banyak dirasakan oleh para penggunanya. Saat ini dipandang perlu untuk menerapkan sistem teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja di bagian Kafetaria Universitas Advent Indonesia, Bandung. Penerapan sistem yang dimaksudkan disini yaitu mencakup proses pembayaran uang makan di kafetaria yang berbasis teknologi informasi, karena sistem yang lama (berbasis sistem paket) dipandang kurang memadai dalam tingkat pelayanan kepada para mahasiswa yang ingin menikmati makanan lebih dari menu paket berikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pencatatan makan di Kafetaria UNAI yang bukan berbasis sistem paket. Â Abstract A rapid increase use of information technology system has almost covered every aspect in lives and its usefulness has already been experienced by most of its user. Recently, in order to apply this information technology system to increase the work - efficiency at cafeteria in Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI), Bandung. The implicated system that is meant by this term is integrated process of payment of food - price at cafeteria which based on the IT, because the old system (based upon package system) is viewed as less capable of inoeasing the service to students who wants to enjoy foods other than the package food given to them on that day.
