Abstract

Abstrak Evolusi dalam dunia komputer pada akhirnya memasuki tahap dimana komputer telah menjadi modal utama dalam berkompetisi (hidup matinya suatu perusahaan modem). Tetapi sering hal ini tidak disertai dengan pengetahuan dalam mengetahui kerusakan komputer serta cara memperbaikinya. Selama ini, teknisi komputer perusahaan memegang peranan penting guna terciptanya aktivitas bisnis yang baik dalam perusahaan, karena teknisilah yang mengetahui kerusakan komputer dan cara memperbaikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pengguna komputer terhadap teknisi dan meningkatkan kegiatan knowledge sharing dan knowledge transfer melalui perancangan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosis kerusakan hardware komputer. Dengan menggunakan sistem pakar ini diharapkan keefektifan penggunaan komputer dalam perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan. Dengan menggunakan model sistem pakar yang dikembangkan oleh Suryadi & Nuzal (1998) yang mempunyai keunggulan pada fasilitas Adaptive System, model ini kemudian dikembangkan dengan menambahkan atribut Forum Pengetahuan yang dapat memfasilitasi kegiatan knowldge sharing dan knowledge tnnsfen Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pakar yang memberikan fasilitas pendokumentasian pengetahuan dan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kegiatan knowledge sharing dan knowledge tansfer pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. R&D Center dan Universitas X.   Kata kunci: Sistem pakar, knowledge sharing, knowldge transfer.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu mengelola rapat di Universitas Advent Indonesia, mulai dari kegiatan perencanaan, melakukan undangan kepada peserta rapat hingga pencatatan dan penyebaraan hasil keputusan rapat. Melalui sistem yang dirancang ini, seluruh peserta rapat dapat menerima undangan beserta dengan notifikasi pengingat secara online, melakukan pencatatan hasil rapat dengan format yang sudah tersedia, menyebarkan hasil keputusan rapat dengan cepat dan akurat serta menyediakan akses secara cepat kepada pimpinan yang lebih tinggi untuk dapat mengakses hasil rapat yang diputuskan pada level yang lebih rendah.

Abstract

Parents and teachers are the main figures in the education of school-age children. In school, teachers play a role in educating students, but outside of school parents are responsible to nurture their children. Therefore communication between parents and teachers is very important. In fact, there are many barriers in communication between teachers and parents. Busyness and time limitedness are the biggest problem. There is a need for a system that can facilitate communication activity betweenteachers and parents. This research builds an application that facilitates communication between teachers and parents using hybrid mobile technology. Mobile hybrid technology was chosen because it can be a solution for application development that can be used on various platforms available on smartphones such as Android, iOS and Windows. The method used in the development of this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) with the waterfall model with the stages of analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of the system. The results of this design are in the form of an application that can be used on various smartphone platforms, which can facilitate communication activity between teachers and parents. Abstract

The election process becomes very important in determining the desired outcome for the voters. The election process is often hampered by a variety of issues, such as the process of gathering and recounting the result sometimes takes time. For that we need a system that can facilitate the selection process so that it can provide quick and accurate results. The purpose of this study is to build a system that can provide convenience for students of the Faculty of Information Technology UNAI in running the democratic process to select the Chairman of the Student Association. The system is designed web-based so it will be easier in the process of taking voting, vote counting and announcement of the selected winners. The method used in building this system is using SDLC method with Waterfall model which consists of stages of Analysis, Design, Implementation and Maintenance. The results of the design of this system can be used in selecting the pair chairman and vice chairman of Student Association Faculty of Information Technology UNAI. The election process can run more orderly, regularly and faster especially in vote counting and winner announcement because it is done through the system. It is expected that in the future this system can be developed and applied to other election process and can be made on other platforms.
