Abstract

Dalam bisnis rumah makan cepat saji Pecel Lele Lela pelayanan sangat diutamakan sekali demi kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu proses pelayanan yang sangat mempengaruhi adalah proses pelayanan dalam melakukan pemesanan menu makanan dan minuman. Proses pelayanan yang baik dan nyaman bisa membuat daya tarik pada pelanggan. Hal ini mendorong pemilik perusahaan untuk meningkatkan proses pelayanan kearah yang lebih baik demi mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Pada penelitian dirancang sebuah aplikasi pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis sistem operasi android. Dari sistem aplikasi pemesanan berasis android ini mampu mempermudah proses pelayanan tanpa harus menunggu lama pesanan tersebut. Aplikasi ini mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pemesanan tanpa harus mencatat pesanan tersebut kedalam kertas terlebih dahulu, namun pada aplikasi ini proses pemesanan langsung bisa dilakukan pada gedged yang disediakan untuk pelayan. In the fast food business Pecel Lele Lela once service is preferred for customer satisfaction. One of the service process that greatly affects the process of service in the book food and beverage menu. The process of good service and comfortable to make appeal to customers. It encourages business owners to improve the process towards a better service to achieve customer satisfaction. In a study designed an application-based food and beverage ordering android operating system. Of the reservation system berasis android application is able to facilitate the process of service without having to wait long the order. These applications facilitate customers in the process of booking without having recorded these orders into the paper first, but in this application directly ordering process can be done on gedged supplied to the waiter
